Pics are of Natalie's bracelets.
Enjoy!

We race back to the house. We look inside in every room she's not here. Does she even come in to the house?
"I remember seeing her in this room." Nathalie pointed and panicked like usual. Nat has the same old braclets on her wrist and it made me momentarily happy. They were these hand made bracelets in different colors. One from me, one from her mom, another couple from some other friends. Glad she didn't ditch the bracelets.
Suddenly, Bernie runs out the house and starts screaming Eva's name on the street.
I run out,"Are you stupid?" I say to him in a near whisper, like something will overhear me.
"She can't be out here alone. All she knows is her name, how will she know how to survive?" He says.
Good question.
"Look, lets go back inside and maybe she will come back during the night." I say.
"She's not a dog." Bernie says through gritted teeth. What's his problem?
I walk back inside after Bernie and lock the door. I look at the table that was sent over supplies on and see two water bottles, a rope, duct tape, matches, a lighter, a bunch of canned food, and clothes.
We're all now in the living room looking at what we have. My bag I had before with stuff, was lost somewhere. The weapons were in the boat. So this was it.
"I'm going to look for a weapon." I walk away.
I look first in the parent's bedroom closet. The safe is wide open, nothing in it besides some birth certificates and other irrelevant papers.
I look in each room, not even a baseball laying around. The family must of taken it.
I lay down on the bed of the master bedroom. It was a small room but the biggest out of the two bedrooms.
I look around the room. At the foot of the bed is the closet. To the left is a nightstand and up against the wall is a TV. To the right is a dresser and next to the closet is a door. Not the one I came in but a different one. Probably the bathroom.
That made me realize how much I actually had to go.
I open the door and I feel cold metal on my forehead. I look up to see a gun, and a hand that belongs to Eva.
9 millimeter.
"You can't," she was whispering hysterically. Her voice whispy and breaking, "can't just tie me up. You can't tell all this crazy stuff. It's not real!" She started yelling.
She pushed the gun harder into my forehead. I saw that the safety was on and tried to calm my shaking and soon to be tears.
"Where is my family?!? Where are they? Get out of my head!" She started to yell to herself.
Bernie, Nat and Jacob all ran into the room.
"Woah! Uhh-" Bernie started to say.
"Get them out!" Eva started to gripped my head. "No I can't do it! I saw them! I saw them die!! All of them! I remember and I can't!"
Suddenly the cold ring was lifted from my forehead. I looked up and Eva bent her elbow and pointed the gun at her own head.
Safety off, then bang. Within a second, terror was running through my veins then horror.
I couldn't look. I wanted to cry. Didn't even know her but, she was supposed to live. Be the one to solve this whole problem.
I looked at the group by the door. They all had their eyes away from Eva.
I got mad all of a sudden. At Eva, at the military jet, at the world. Or what was left of it.
Nat started to walk away but said to either Bernie or Jacob, "Sure know how to pick 'em."
Then she walked out of the room that used to have five standing.
