1st POV - ((The Promised Neverland AU Oneshot! I haven't seen anyone do this yet and I binged watched this show yesterday in one day. It was so awesome! I would love to make a book but I would probably run out of ideas during the first chapters.

We were kept in an orphanage, never being able to go past the gate or fence. Oh yeah, you don't know what I'm talking about.

We all live in this orphanage where the ages are 1-12 years of age. When you turn 12, you are the age enough to get adopted. We are allowed to go outside and in a forest nearby but there is a fence that stops us from going any farther from the forest. 

Then there is a gate near it that we are never supposed to go near as well. If we ever went past that fence or gate, we would get scolded or even worse. Killed possibly. 

In this orphanage when you get "adopted", you really aren't. Your getting killed to be turned into demon food. We have a caretaker that we call our "mom" but none of us are actually related to her, or so we know of at least.

Well, that's all you need to know right now.

Bad~ People whispered, I looked around the dark abyss and wondered how to get back to what I called my home. 

Bad...

BAD!

"Ack! W-What?" I stumbled, sitting up quickly. Skeppy was jumping on my bed again to wake me, he always did that when I slept in.

"Didn't you hear the bell? It's time to wake up!" He smiled. Skeppy was my best friend and we loved each other dearly. I yawned and looked around, everyone was already up and getting dressed.

"C'mon slowpokes! Hurry up!" Sapnap shouted as he ran out for breakfast time, his white clothing looking all so fancy on him as always. George and Dream followed behind him not too far away.

Meanwhile, Tommy, Wilbur, and Tubbo were already out of the room. Surprisingly, they were early birds and always left first then everyone else in the group. 

Lastly, Niki, Jack Manifold, Eret, and Fundy were usually the last ones since they always wanted to sleep in and woke up last then the rest. 

I and Skeppy were the only duo in the group who didn't stick in a whole group, we always were just us two together all the time. "Mother" always watched us more than the others since of our behaviors.
