"No water." Pintel complained. "Why is all but the rum gone."

"Rums gone too." Gibbs sighed.

"If we cannot escape these doldrums before night, I fear we will sail on trackless seas. Doomed to roam the reach between worlds. Forever. Tia said. From the looks of it you didn't have much time. The sun was nearing the horizon.

"With no water forever looks to be arriving a mite too soon." You sighed.

"Why doesn't he do something?" Will asked, annoyed with Barbossa.

"There's no sense to it." Gibbs said.

"And the green flash happens at sunset. Not sunrise." Will said.

"'Over the edge' is about to drive me over the damn edge." You said. Jack was fiddling with the map.

"Sunrises dont set." Gibbs continued.

"Up is down. Well that's just maddeningly unhelpful. Why are these things never clear." Jack complained as he read off the map. Jack continued to mess with the map. He suddenly got up.

"What's that?" He shouted as he ran to one side of the ship. "What is that?" He repeated as the crew followed him to see what he was looking at.

"I don't know what do you think?" Gibbs responded. Jack bolted across to the other side. He went back and forth and back and forth muttering to himself the whole time. You looked at him strangely. You decided to run back and forth as well.

"He's rocking the ship!" Gibbs shouted as he followed Jack.

"Aye. He's onto it!" Barbossa said as he studied the map. He went down to order everyone to loose all the cannons and cargo so it would rock with the ship. Back and forth and back and forth. It was noticeable now how much the ship was rocking. You were having to grab onto the rails and the climb was beginning to get steep. Some people were falling off the ship at this point. All had to grab onto the railing as your feet left the ground and all you could do was hang. The ship finally started to tip.

"Now up is down." Jack said. The ship capsized, and you were all submerged. You were expecting to be struggling for air but somehow, you were fine. Your hair and your eyes seemed to glow brighter. You had never been able to breath underwater before. You looked at your snake tattoo, it was also glowing. The snake spirit from the swamp was lending you energy. You all grabbed onto ropes to stay in place. You were suddenly blinded by a flash of green. You felt the ship move up on its own, and quick as lightening you were back right side up. The crew all gasped for air.

"Blessed sweet westerlies!" Gibbs shot up. "We're back!" He exclaimed.

"It's the sunrise." Elizabeth observed. Barbossa walked to the edge of the ship and smiled, but quickly turned around and pulled a gun on Jack. You, Will, Jack, Gibbs, and Elizabeth also pulled out your guns. You all started chuckling uncomfortably and slowly lowered your guns.

"Alright then!" Barbossa ordered and the guns were quickly raised again. "The Brethren Court is gathering at shipwreck cove. And Jack you and I are going and there'll be no arguing that point." Barbossa stated.

"I is arguing the point." Jack, well, argued. "If there's pirates a-gathering, I'm pointing my ship the other way."

"The pirates are gathering to fight Beckett and your a pirate!" Elizabeth shot back.

"Fight or not you're not running, Jack." You said.

"If we don't stand together they'll hunt us down one by one until there be none left, but you." Barbossa said to Jack.

"Quite like the sound of that. Captain Jack Sparrow. The last pirate." Jack mused to himself.

"Aye. And you'll be fighting Jones alone. How does that figure into your plan?" Barbossa asked.

"I'm still working on that." Jack answered. "But I will not be going back to the locker mate. Count on that." Jack said.

"Who's going to be there to save your ass when you inevitably do? Remember Jones's pet?" You said. Jack slyly looked at Barbossa and pulled the trigger, with no reaction. You all tried to shoot your guns but they weren't working.

"Wet powder." Gibbs complained.

"Wait! We can still use them as clubs!" Pintel and Ragetti ran up. When you all walked off to look at the map they looked defeated.

"There's a fresh water spring on this island. We can resupply there and get back to shooting eachother later." Will said.

"You lead the shore party and I'll stay with my ship." Jack decided.

"I'll not be leaving my ship in your command." Barbossa countered.

"Why dont you both go ashore and leave the ship in my command." Will argued. "Temporarily." He said. Barbossa pulled out his telescope to look at the island so Jack pulled out a bigger, comically larger one.

Mines bigger. No mines bigger.

You rowed ashore with Jack, Barbossa, and a good amount of the crew. You all started walking towards the giant corpse of the kraken. Of course Pintel and Ragetti started poking and messing at it. You stood and looked in its eye. Jack and Barbossa followed up.

"Still thinkin of runnin Jack?" Barbossa asked. "You think you can outrun the world?" Personally that was your philosophy of life. You can't say you blamed him.

"You know the problem with being the last of anything, by and by there be none left at all." Barbossa continued.

"Sometimes things come back mate. We're living proof you and I." Jack answered.

"Aye, but that's a gamble of long odds. Ain't it? There's never a guarantee of coming back. But passin on that's dead certain." Barbossa said.

"Summoning the Brethren Court then, is it?" Jack went off topic.

"It's our only hope lad." Barbossa answered.

"That's a sad commentary in and of itself." Jack said.

"Pity the crown is trying to rule the seas. I've spent a good amount on my life running away from them, now it just feels intrusive." You said.

"Pity what these seas have become." Barbossa responded.

"They even have Davy Jones now." You said.

"The world used to be a bigger place." Barbossa rasped.

"The world's still the same. There's just... less in it." Jack said as he shook his head. You all went to continue your trek through the woods. You were met with a spring that had a corpse in it. Barbossa stuck his finger in the water to taste it then quickly spit it out.

"Poisoned. Fouled by the body." He concluded. One of the Chinese men turned him over.

"Hey I know him! He was in Singapore!" He said.

"Captain!" The midget shouted as he saw Ragetti waving his hands back and forth by the tree line.

"Oy! We got company!" He shouted. You saw what looked like a Chinese boat off in the distance. All the men from Singapore pointed their guns at you, Jack, and Barbossa.

"He's the Captain." Jack pointed at Barbossa. Barbossa rolled his eyes. Parley?
