The next day arrived, like every other day would so. Dark red sun would arise and beam light to a usually dim place. Lifting, very few spirits of depressed, demons. Charlie managed to go through the whole day before without bumping into Vaggie. However, with usual cliche and not much luck, their paths were bound to soon cross. This worried the others. Knowing the way Vaggie had been recently, who knows what state Charlie would find her in. It could quite possibly break her all over again. Charlie had already gone through sadness, that's been ticked off. Who knows what other emotions shes capable of feeling and who knows how powerful she actually is under her innocent, naive, happy act. Mix burning emotions with power and there's bound be an issue.

The Hazbins were downstairs having their usual, after breakfast conversations before they got up and went to work for the day. Which was just cleaning and preparing for the hotels re- opening. However, Vaggie wasn't down there and Charlie had started to notice her pattern.

"Hey guys?" Charlie asked, grabbing the attention of her fellow acquaintances. "Why is Vaggie never down here anymore? I really want to properly apologise to her...I would also like her to apologise to me for her outburst."  She explained.

Alastor, Husk and Angel all gave each other concerned glances. Thank god Nifty wasn't with them at the very moment. Otherwise, the truth would be out, too soon, since Nifty wasn't aware when to not tell the truth or when to sugar coat something.

Alastor cleared his throat. "Well...She hasn't necessarily been herself lately, my Dear. Vagatha...Well...She's been...Erm."

"Under da weather." Angel piped in, filling in Alastor's place for answering Charlie's, risky question.
"Vaggie...She's been ill like crazy...Like...Fucking vomiting up around everywhere...Yanno" Angel Dust explained, trying to make it sound gruesome so Charlie wouldn't ask anymore questions about her rogue girlfriend.

"It's pretty grim." Husk said bluntly, looking down at the glass he was cleaning and nodding.

"I assure you though, Darling. It's nothing too worrying. We have been taking excellent care of her." Alastor declared, carrying on the lie that seemed to be getting bigger and bigger.

Charlie pulled a panicky, hurt face. Bitting her nails and looking away from them. She got up with out saying anything and walked in the direction of the kitchen. Alastor , Husk and Angel all looked at each other, confused, and back at the walking away Charlie. Husk pushed Alastor, motioning with his hand, to go follow her.

Al got off his bar stool and jogged over to Charlie, catching up with her. "Charlie! Wait! Darling, where an earth are you going in such a hurry." Al questioned her, stepping in her way so she stopped walking and looked up at him.

"I-I just feel like a rubbish girlfriend! Despite our disagreements, i've been lounging around sulking and Vaggie's been ill! And little ol' selfish me didn't do shit about...Excuse my language." Charlie clamoured looking up at Al, panicky. Her face was plastered with a guilty expression.

Alastor smiled tenderly and sighed, putting both his hands on Charlie's shoulders. "No need to panic, Belle. Vaggie has been in good hands and she'll make a swift recovery." He reassured her, patting her shoulder with one of his hands. "You must leave her to rest. She's just so tired." He added.

Charlie pulled a sympathetic face and looked like she was about to agree. Until, she furrowed her eyebrows and looked up towards the stairs, before looking back up at Alastor with a purposeful face. "No Al! She's my girlfriend and I want to bring her some soup or something, to at least help! Even though we've had our differences. I still want to care for her!" She pushed Alastor's hands off her shoulders and went around him, still on her mission to make her 'Girlfriend' feel better.
