The next morning, Kakashi lay in bed, sleeping peacefully. Obito was stretched out next to him, blankets twisted around his legs and torso. His arms were spread out across the bed, one under Kakashi's pillow and the other hanging over the floor. Obito rested in silence, listening to Kakashi's breaths next to him. His eyes were fixed on the ceiling, reliving all of last night's moments.

He recalled the rush of being touched, the feel of Kakashi's lips on his, the taste of his smile, and the shiver he gave when Kakashi whispered into his ear, "I'm yours-"

Obito jerked, the thoughts in his head jamming to an abrupt stop. He glanced over his body intertwined with the covers and started to untangle himself.

Kakashi was stirred awake by a quiet rustle next to him. He reached up with a yawn and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. He blinked, memories of last night suddenly rushing back to him.

He remembered the two of them flushed with heat, exhausted from their kisses. They had laid in silence, air buzzing with the fervor of their thoughts when Kakashi broke the silence.

"Hey Obito. Do you remember our first kiss?"

Obito had chuckled as they both flashed back to that fateful summer day. They had been walking home from a grueling day of training when Kakashi stopped. Obito paused as well and to his surprise, Kakashi was on his tiptoes trying to reach Obito's face. Obito had laughed, then bent down, pulled down Kakashi's mask and met his lips.

Kakashi had blushed furiously and clearly avoided Obito's gaze as they walked the rest of the way home in awkward silence. When Obito started to walk into the Uchiha's part of the village, he felt a hand grab his wrist. He turned back to see a strawberry-red Kakashi ask him if he wanted to come over. Obito had agreed and the two of them spent the whole night talking-at least, until Obito had to go home.

"Good morning, sunshine!"

Kakashi jolted back to the present and peered at Obito through bleary eyes. Obito was grinning at him and Kakashi smiled sleepily back.

This time, he didn't have to go home. He was already home.

Obito must have seen the expression on Kakashi's face because he asked, "Whatcha thinking about?"

"Oh, just remembering that one time where we talked until you had to go home and thinking that now this is your home," Kakashi responded. He glanced up at Obito, who was smiling back with a mischievous glint in his eye. Then Obito leaned over quickly and planted a kiss on Kakashi's lips. Obito tried to rise but somehow the blanket had tangled itself around his arm and Kakashi's arm. Obito tugged a bit harder, but his arm still wouldn't budge. He tried lifting his other arm that was still under Kakashi's pillow and they both toppled over.

Kakashi and Obito lay in a heap of tangled limbs and sheets, both slightly dazed by the fall. Kakashi blinked several times to clear his mind and experimentally moved his arms. His right arm was still connected to Obito's with the twisted blanket and his left arm was pinned under Obito's leg. Kakashi sighed.

"Hehe, sorry?" Obito laughed nervously. He could tell that his left arm was still fastened to Kakashi's arm by their covers and his right arm was next to Kakashi's foot. He propped himself up and noted that what he felt underneath his left thigh was Kakashi's free arm.

Kakashi watched as Obito swung his legs around, freeing his left arm. Kakashi sat up and started to untie the blanket still wrapped around his and Obito's arms. As he slowly untangled the sheets, Obito's hand caught his and Kakashi looked up to see Obito grinning.

Before he could think about it, Kakashi leaned forward and kissed Obito, moving their entangled arms behind Obito's head, pulling him closer. Obito moaned in delight, still clasping Kakashi's hand. Finally, Kakashi pulled back and stood up. Obito rose as well.

I'm gonna end the chapter here, but I'll update this soon :>
