Prologue.
The Little Girl
Once upon a time, there was an ordinary girl.
Her friends, the Guardians of the Night, were always by her side.
One night, her life changed suddenly.
When the poor girl was banished far away from home,
The Guardians were with her still.
But the girl still found herself very much alone.
At her new home, her peers lived by the Rules of the Night.
For in that world, the rule was absolute.
But the girl didnʼt like to play by the rules.
And so, the girl defied the Rules of the Night.
The Prince of the Night found her very interesting.
And so, the girl became his special friend.
Closer and closer, as they become.
The Guardians of the Night did not sit idle.
Then, one night, a tragedy ensued.
The price she has to pay,
For defying the Rules of the Night.
From the ordinary girl that she was,
She was turned into a princess.
