I'm standing in shock as Kyle and I walk in through the door. We're soaked and dripping water all over the ground. I thought that Casey was just going with Cole because she was sick most of the week and didn't have a date. Casey was the last person I would think that would hang out more with Cole. I thought she didn't like him. But there she was sitting on the couch with him.
Both Kyle and I were confused.
" Well, I guess I should be leaving. " said Kyle
" Yes, and I should be getting upstairs. " I say
After I sit on my bed I touch my lips and can still feel Kyles lips. Then I forget the elephant downstairs or the elephants. I FaceTime Megan and Mak and tell them about Casey and Cole.
" I can't believe she has fallen under his spell!" Says Megan
" What are we going to do?" Says Mak
" Not sure, let's talk to her first. See you guys tomorrow at school. "

In the morning Kyle walks me to class again and as we say goodbye I saw Casey and ran over to her.
" Hey Casey, " I say
" Hey, Madison about last night. I don't really like Cole. "
" wait what? "
" yeah, I thought that if I pretended to then we could crush him in the end. "
" great idea, you are a genius. "
" I know " she replies

" Ok class get out your journals and homework we'll be starting class right away. Make sure you are sitting with your correct lab partner SUSAN! "
Squirmy Susan moves back to sit with smelly Sid. They would make a cute couple. My lab partner is Cole mostly because we have the same last name and the list goes by last initial.
" Now return back to your lab from yesterday. " says mrs. Shoshi
Cole slaps his books down on the table and try's to pour some type of green liquid into a jar. He spills a little and the table starts to steam from the green stuff hitting it.
You here a phone buzz and he starts to reach in his pocket to get it and hits some blue liquid and it falls in the green liquid. Then it all catches on fire. I was expecting Mrs. Shoshi to freak out. So I got ready to cover my ears when i looked up and saw her patting his back.

" Nice work Cole no one has ever tried this amazing experiment before! "

How does this kid do it? I'm pretty sure I saw smarty pants Alex try that yesterday and all he got was a detention. I am again so confused with this child.

When mrs. Shoshi leaves I start to clean up the mess when Cole tells me " so I think that Casey is pretty into me. "

" yeah righ.... I mean I think so too. "

" how long was she over for last night?" I ask

" Till like 1 hour after you went to bed. "

" wow looks like you got something real right now. "

" I guess you could say that. Hey, I had been taken you advice about not dating two girls at once. Now I only have like one... Two... Three... Four... Five... Six girl friends. " he says while counting his fingers. Then he flashes them in my face
" six! " he says
" I'm so proud " I say rolling my eyes.
" fine I'll make it 3 by tomorrow. "
" great! Now you've got it. How do you get away with spilling the blue stuff when we both know that Alex did it yesterday and was almost killed by mrs. Shoshi. "
" I have a nice touch."

During lunch we gossip about the dance then start wondering about Lily. She wasn't there. Then I spotted her crying by the water fountain.
" Hey Lily, are you ok? "
" Yeah I'm fine get away. "
" hey you sure? "
" no, Cole dumped me. "
" huh? Well don't you know that he cheats on girls so you kind of had this coming for you. "
" yeah, I know it's just different when it's real. "
