The school trip was over so we headed back home. I forgot my house key at home and my parents weren't getting home till late so I stayed at Maks house till my parents picked me up.

Mak and I watched our favorite tv show together and while we were watching Makeylas two younger siblings joined us. They were both 7.

" ok Carson and Becky. Madison and Mak can stay but you too have to go up and take a shower. " said Maks mom.

" but we don't want too." They said at the same time. They both looked very busy either watching the show or playing some video game on the IPad.

" Just take one in the next 10 minutes. " there mom said.

" ok fine, " said Becky

" you go get the towels and I'll meet you by the shower. " said Carson.

" no you go get the towels and I'll wait here. " said Becky

"No, you do it. " said Carson

" No, one two three nose goes. " said Becky.

" One two three old fashion way. " said Carson

Then the room was quiet. Then Becky went back to watching the tv. And Carson went back to playing his video game.

" What? They just went back to what they were doing before. " I said to Mak.

" Yeah the point is to not talk so if they are not going to talk then they are going to go back to what they were doing before. " said Mak.

" Wow. Reminds me of Cole and I. " I said laughing.

After my parents came back they told me I had 5 minutes till we had to leave. But I knew that that ment about 30 minutes knowing that they would talk to Maks parents a little more.
About 30 minutes later I was saying by to Mak and dragging my stuff out the front door. Cole just caught a ride with one of his friends and we had to go pick him up next.
It was the first time I had seen Cole in awhile and I completely forgot that he was still wearing his swim goggle mask. He was getting lots of laughs from it during the trip and I could tell that he was sad or mad about it.
" Cole the weirdest thing happened. I found your glasses in my soccer bag. I have no idea of how they could of gotten there. " I said.
" Wow finially. " He said as he took off the mask. There was a dark red mark in his face outlining his eyes and where the mask was. My parents started to laugh at him so he just went to sleep. I had two days then I would go up to kyles cabin. Then I would come back home for Christmas and then the next week is New Years and the week after that is school again.
Once we got home I had tons of homework so I got that out of the way. It had been about 4 hours of homework when there was a knock at the door. Then at the exact same time Cole and I both opened our doors and snuck down stairs to see who it was.
" Hello mr., " my mom said.

" Hello ma'am, I am a private investigator and I have found evidence that has let to your son... " the man said.
I gasped, and realized that my parents didn't know about how the police thought that Cole stabbed Casey. Even worse Cole didn't know either. The man kept talking and said everything that happened. Then Cole broke free.
" I did not do any of that. " said Cole as he hoped down the stairs.

" Well the prof is all right here." He said as he handed a folder to my mom.

" Why would I all of the to my girlfriend? That is crazy. " Cole said angrily.

" Yeah I've seen the tapes. I can prove it too you that he did not do it. " i said.

"Well you can settle this in court. I was just supposed to tell you. Whatever you are talking about isn't my job. " he said.

" What??" Said Cole.

" Good day. " said the man.

" How can we have a good day when..." i was saying wake he slammed the door.

" Cole, what is this about. You stabbed a girl? " said my mom

"Do you really believe them? Why would I do that. " said Cole.

" Yeah, last night Casey came over and she showed us the tapes. Mak pointed out that the screen glitches when the stabbing is about to happen. You ca watch the tapes your selves. The proofs there. " I said.

" Ok your father and I will look at the tapes. We don't have the time to do this right now. " she said with a sigh.

" Why would they think it's me? It's not! " said Cole

" It's not just watch the tapes! The proof is right there. " I said.

" Ok I'll watch them, but for the time being your grounded Cole. " my dad said.

" What? This is insane! " said Cole.

" Cole stop, we can find the person who did it. Everything is going to be ok. " I said.
