Too close Juyeon

He's your Ex?

Eric was pushing Jackson he was trying to escape I couldn't do anything because maybe they have some stuff to talk about. Maybe that's why he went there in secret without telling me, he left the bathroom I grabbed his arm and turned the other way holding on to him. Jackson went out the bathroom and went the other way to look for Eric, but he was in my chest hugging me really tight. "Um Eric I can't breathe" I said he let go of my waist and took some steps away from me.

"How did you?" he asked confused, "I saw you puching Jackson and I think you wanted to get away from him so I pulled you away" I said. He was flustered and blushing "thanks" he said grabbing the back of his neck.

"Why was he there trying to grab you?" I asked looking at him he looked like he didn't wanted to respond. He walked to the side of me and sat at the floor, I also went to the floor right by his side. He put his head in my shoulder, I was trying not to blush or swallow "he's my ex. I left my hometown because of him he wanted me to by his boyfriend. I dated him for one day because he helped me out one day, but after that he kept bothering and forcing me to date him" he said. "Did you dated him?" I asked "people made rumors of us dating and the more rumors the more bullying I got but Jackson didn't helped me out then, just because I didn't wanted to date him."

"That brat" I said trying to get up Eric stopped me and said "don't Juyeon he wants me and I think he's gonna give revenge on you too. I don't want you to get hurt so I think it's best if I don't speak to you anymore. If he hurts you I will have to leave again and I don't want to leave you" he started crying I touched his head and tried to make him feel better.

I got up and told him "you don't want me to get hurt but you would rather let that brat bully you" he got up also and said "I care about you Juyeon and I don't want you to get in problems because of me." "Then why don't you let me help you?" I asked dropping a tear, I was filled with anger and dissapointment, "you don't care about me" I said silently.

"I do Juyeon it's just-" "shut up I've liked you this since the first day and this is your way of showing you care about me. I was stupid" I said and turned trying to hold my tears. He stood behind me and didn't said anything he was leaving but said before "I like you too Juyeon so much that's why I want to protect you."

He left and didn't come back, it's been a week since we've speaked, he has only been talking to New and Q. While Hyunjae and Younghoon were with me trying to convice me that he wants to protect me.

What I don't get is why like that? There are tons of ways to protect someone in these cases? Why like this especially when I just started to fall in love for the first time.
