Fourteenth Chapter: A Summary

We are sitting down at the dinner table. I am going to tell them about how Legacy and I got locked in the school, but I'm probably going to leave Legacy out. If my parent find out that I was locked with a girl they are going to explode and want to meet her.

"Sit down Tina" My mom says

"Thank you but im okay" Tina says

"Please Tina you're like family to us" Dad says

"If you insist, then I accept" Tina says as she sits down

"Wonderful! Now, Ace tell us how you got locked in school" My mom says

"Well, a little bit after school I was walking through the halls and I saw Jax kissing the girl he likes. And then.... Well... how do I say it...?"

My thoughts: How do I say this without having Legacy in it? Uhm.... Ugh, I dont know uhhhhh why isn't my brain working! I guess I need to add Legacy. I hope this doesn't turn out bad.

"Aceeee" My mom said which snapped me out of my thoughts

"Yeah....?" I say...or ask....or both

"You were saying...?"

"Right! So uhm I didn't get locked by myself" I tell them

"So you weren't alone?" My dad asks

"Yeah, I got locked in with this girl... Her name is Legacy." I say

"Okayyy! Continue with the story" My mom says leaning in

"Okay. Like I said I saw Jax kissing his crush. I also saw Legacy filming them. Legacy's best friend is Jaxs crush so I think she got excited that her best friend was kissing the guy she likes. So I turned Legacy around and told her that she ruined my telenovela. Then I saw Jax and the girl coming towards us and since I didn't want to get caught, I grabbed Legacys arm and took her to the janitor's closet. We didn't do anything like that okay! We waited there for a few minutes and then decided to leave but we were locked in and Legacy had her phone but it was dead so she couldn't do anything. We tried screaming and trying to bust the door open but nothing. Then I found a key and managed to open the door. We were going to go but I had to get my phone. We went to get my phone and it was also dead. Both of us went to the doors to leave, but they were locked. Both of our phones were dead so we couldn't call anyone. Since there wasn't any food we had to... Well promise me that you guys won't get mad" I say

"Fine" My dad says

"We kinda broke into the teachers lounge" I say looking down

"Yes! That's what you should do! I have raised you well son!" My dad says

"You're not mad?" I ask

"Nope! I used to do that in my high school days! Boy was I hot back then!" My dad tells me

"Cool. Well, we broke in and I learned a lot about Legacy. Her family and stuff. The other few days were pretty chill and nothing really happened. Then we looked through some lockers and found a charger. Legacy charged her phone and then we called the principal. She came and saved us and Legacy drove me here in her car and yeah that pretty much it." I say

"I want to meet her!" My mom says

"Tell her to come to dinner on Thursday if she's not busy" My dad adds

"I dont know" I tell them

"Pleaseeee" My mom begs

"Ughhhh fine. I'll text her and see if she's free" I tell them
