How to train

You knew you needed to get better. But how? There was so much effort needed to be put into making yourself visible. It's a mix of a transformation and a mutant quirk, so it's hard to turn off completely or with accuracy to one part of your body.
But you needed to and you needed to work really hard because you can only make real progress, when you are almost at your limit.
"But what can you do..." you think.
What's an activity you can try that will push your body almost to the limit, but also provide a boost that can somehow give you release...
On your quirk

You were trying to think of ideas that you were sure would work.
You walk up to the common room where most of the boys are.
"Alright everyone I need some extra help on my quirk training... do you think you guys could help me?"
"Huh" kirishima says. Taking out his earbuds
Iida explains my situation to him. With yelling and big hand movements of course.
But they all looked pretty excited to help me.
"Sure!" Deku said with a smile

Suddenly mineta pops out from behind the couch.
"So you need someone to fuck you or something?? Oh I know someone who could help you with that" he says raising his eyebrows to the point where they're almost off of his face.
"You perv!" You said yelling at him.
"I may need someone to...help...me. But that someone certainly isn't you!" You said picking him up and taking upstairs to lock him out of the common room.
"Sorry, " You said raising your hand to your head with an awkward smile while the other one carried mineta.
Not that they could see you of course.... not yet, and maybe not ever if something doesn't work.
"I'll be back soon if y'all have any ideas!"
You said, slightly hoping that someone would come to the same conclusion that mineta said and you, briefly, contemplated, but also not wanting to be so open and awkward about it.
Imagine saying to all of your friends...
"hey guys. You are all pretty powerful and I don't wanna get left behind. I know you can't even see me and know almost nothing about my quirk. Since I've been keeping it mostly a secret, while I try to figure it out."
"But is there any way that you can fuck me?" "I think that that would help me master my quirk more" not only would I sound like an absolute lunatic. But no one would even do it and it would be sooooo awkward.

A/N
Sry it's short again I took a break from hw. I already kinda planned out the first part of the story, but I don't have time to write it rn so let's hope I don't forget any of the juicy bits!
(Also not me writing like 950 words tonight, not even abt one of the main characters (Dw I think they get some scenes...) of an anime. Lol it's a fanfic that no one will probably read when I haven't even started my essay due the next day and it's already 10PM 😝😔😵💀)
