The future meets the past (the children of Lake meet their parents past selfs)

It has been fifteen years now since Divinus Magia and La Carnival defeated Devils tounge. Fifteen years since David became the second in command of Divinus Magia but only ten years since Lukas and Blake became, not only married but, the parents of twins, Ashley a girl with water magic and Chay a boy with storm magic. The two children live with their parents on the guild Island and are under the protection of Divinus Magia.
Brandon had requested that Lukas and Blake would take on an important quest, since the other members of the guild were on their own missions and Brandon himself had to take care of the paperwork.
So Lukas and Blake had to find someone that would take care of their children as long as they would be gone and who was better at protecting then the members of the Protectors guild.
"Thank you again for watching after them Jakey. Brandon really needed us to go on that mission." Lukas told the Guild leader of the Protectors guild.
Blake nodded approvingly as she held onto her husbands arm.
Jakey just grinned as he held the hands of both children on each hand. "Don't worry about it, it's no problem. I don't have much to do today anyway." He said.
"Alright then. You two behave, alright? Don't cause Jakey any trouble." Blake spoke protectively. "Don't wonder of. Don't talk to anyone you don't know. Don't-" Lukas cut her off before she could continue.
"Hey, hey Blake, They're gonna be fine. They're both in very capable hands." He said trying to calm her.
Blake sighed. "I guess you're right."
"Well then I think we should go now. Take care you three. Have a good time with Jakey alright?" Lukas said smiling as he went to hug both of his children.
"Exactly, have a good time, but still be careful." Blake smiled joining the hug. "We will! Don't worry mum." Ashley said in unison with Chay.
The four of them then stopped hugging and Chay went back to holding Jakeys hand.
"See you later!" Lukas said as he and Blake walked away waving.
The two children both waved back at their parents as they disappeared from their sight.
After a few moments of silence they decided to play some games.

"Where are you two?" Jakey asked loudly. The three of them were playing hide and seek around and in the Protectors Guild, they had been playing for an hour now.
Every time Jakey was near finding Ashley and Chay they would just run away and hide in another spot.
"You must be over here...mhm.."
Ashley and Chay were both hiding next to Jakeys house.
"He's never gonna find us." Ashley whispered giggling. Chay was just grinning the whole time as they hid until he was hit by an idea. "Want to go in his house? Maybe there is some fun stuff." He murmured at his sister.
Her eyes lit up at the idea of finding toys or even magic items they could play with in the guild leaders home.
"Let's go!" The two of them then sneaked fastly into the house as Jakey was still searching for them, oblivious to the fact that he wasn't gonna find them outside.
Ashley and Chay looked around the house. "There is so much stuff here!" Ashley cheered as she touched almost every item she could reach.
Chay then looked at a small crystal. "What is that?" He asked.
The crystal was emitting a soft blue light and had small hourglasses carved into it. "Uhhhh it glows." They then both reached for the crystal.
The moment both touched it Jakey came running into the house.
"Don't touch the Lacrim-" was everything they heard before they suddenly disappeared.
"Oh no, oh no, oh no. Lukas and Blake are going to kill me. Oh no, oh no- Okay. Jakey, calm down. You're a guild leader, you can fix this. Just- go back- or forth in time, find Ashley and Chay and bring them back here before Lukas and Blake return." Jakey sighed. "I really expected this to go differently."

Ashley and Chay were now in the middle of Atlantide. Loud roars, crashes and explosions could be heard.
Chay was cowering under a tree and crying as Ashley was trying to calm her brother down. She looked around trying to spot anyone.
Ashley then sat down next to Chay and hugged him. "W-what happened." Chay asked crying. "I- I think that was something with magic from uncle Jakey." Ashley told her brother as she stroked his back and hugged him. She then stood up. "Come on, let's look for him." Ashley said smiling as she took his hand and pulled him to his feet. Chay just nodded and followed Ashley while holding her hand.
They walked around Atlantide searching for anyone that could help them.
Suddenly a big Cyclops like being appeared in front of them. Chay screamed in terror at the sight of the being. Ashley took her brothers hand an they ran away as fast as they could.
The Cyclops chased them around the houses until they couldn't run anymore. Ashley was standing in front of her brother protectively.
"Hey you! Yeah you, you ugly demon! Get away from them!" Yelled a very familiar voice.
"D-dad?" Chay asked silently as a water spear killed the demon that was in front of them. It collapsed to the ground and a group of four people walked up to Ashley and Chay. "Oh my god, are you two okay?"
The twins looked at them. "Mum! Dad!" They yelled as they ran over to Lukas and Blake and hugged them with tears in their eyes.
"Uhhhh." Both Blake and Lukas looked at the two of them with a confused glance. David, who was standing next to then, just started laughing.
"You must be confusing us for other people. My name is Lukas and that is Blake." Lukas explained.
Ashley stopped hugging Blake and looked at them with confusion. "Yeah, we know." She then said. Chay then went back to holding Ashleys hand. "You left us with uncle Jakey....We're so sorry, we will never touch his stuff ever again.." Chay said.
David had now stopped with laughing and looked at them just as confused. "Wait, Jakeys stuff? That time wizard from the cookie lovers?.. Now, does that mean... If these two are your parents, how old are they?" David asked the two children. "Mum is thirty-seven and dad is thirty-six. But , you should know that!" Ashley said. David squinted at Blake and Lukas. "Jup, they're your children." "Huh!?" Both Blake and Lukas yelled. "Well what else? They said they were with Jakey and touched some of his stuff, they're from the future you idiots! They also have our guild insignia on them." David explained pointing at Ashleys hat and at Chays trousers. "Ofcourse, more people from the future. Because evil Ritchie wasn't enough." Lukas whispered to himself. "Papa dummy." Plant added to the conversation. Lukas then just sighed and looked over to Blake, which was just standing there, perplex and red like a tomato.
"Future?" Chay asked. Ashley nodded slowly. "Mhm... I guess so..." She said still holding her brothers hand.
A loud growl roared through the city.
Lukas quickly looked around as a horde of demons marched towards them.
"Alright Team, new plan. Lukas, Blake, we'll take on the demons. Plant, you have a very important job, keep these two save, okay?" David said to his partners and then to his child.
"Plant!" Plant responded as they walked over to Chay and Ashley. "We should shield them, don't you think? Why don't you use your ice dome again David?" Blake asked as she glanced at her future children.
"You think these guys will get past us?" Lukas said grinning. "No, ugh, alright then. Let's do this!" Blake said determined and looked at the horde of demons.
David walked in front with Blake and Lukas on each side of him.
Plant pulled the two a bit away from the battle ground as Ashley and Chay watched the trio run towards the demons with no fear.
And so the fight began, David was taking on three demons as Lukas and Blake both took on two.
Ashley and Chay both looked at the magic capabilities of their parents in awe. Water, ice and lightning was thrown around the location, the three of them fighting in perfect unison.
Before they knew it the fight was over.
Lukas, David and Blake then walked back over to the three of them. They were breathing heavily but didn't seem hurt in any way. "That was amazing! I want to be able to fight like you!" Ashley said determined as she ran towards them. Chay was just smiling at them. Lukas and Blake both grinned at the comment. "Thank you." He said.
"You two are lucky you have a Devil slayer like me with you, I saw how you slipped Blake!" David said half scolding half making fun of her. "Hey! I can't stand on ice like you!" She protected herself.
Blake and David started to argue whilst Lukas walked closer to Ashley and Chay. "So, you two want to be fighters huh?" He asked. Ashley nodded. "Yes! I want to fight!" Chay was a bit hesitant. "I only want to fight if I have to. I want to protect." He said. //Wow, they really are like us.// Lukas thought.
"Well, if you train enough, I'm sure you'll one day be better then all of us combined." He said smiling.
Both Ashley and Chay cheered at that and Ashley went to hug her father.
Chay joined into the hug and both children started to giggle.
"Finaly! I found you!" A loud voice yelled through the streets. Ashley and Chay abandoned the hug with Lukas and looked around.
"Jakey!" Both children yelled as they saw him. "Oh dear, uhhh, Hello." Jakey greeted Lukas, David and Blake.
"So David was right." Lukas said as Ashley and Chay ran over to Jakey.
"Ofcourse I was raindrop. I'm always right." David said as he cleared his throat.
"Ah huh, sure you are snowflake." Lukas answered.
"Well then, come on you two, we should go now. I don't want to be back later then your parents." Jakey said, fearing the wrath of a God and Dragon slayer that didn't know where their children were.
Ashley and Chay both nodded. Ashley held one of Jakeys and one of Chays hands. "Goodbye!" Ashley and Chay yelled back at Lukas, Blake, David and Plant. "Plaaaant!" Plant cheered.

As soon as They were out of sight Jakey opened a portal. "Let's go back home." He said. Ashley jumped into the portal followed by Chay which walked in normaly.
Jakey then looked around and sighed, knowing that everything would be fine with Atlantide eventually.
He then went throught the portal and closed it.
The three of them were now standing in Jakeys house again. "Phew.. now that that's over." Jakey said as he turned to Ashley and Chay. "Don't go around touching stuff! If I wouldn't have seen that you two were sucked through the Lacrima I wouldnt've ever found you!" The twins both looked to the ground. "We're sorry uncle Jakey... it won't happen again..." they said silently.
Jakey sighed. "It's fine, just don't tell your parents, alright?"
Both nodded.

As the sun started to vanish behind the ocean both Parents, Lukas and Blake, came back to the Protectors guild to take their children back home.
"Thank you for taking care of these two, I know they can be a handful." Blake said smiling as Lukas held Ashley in his arms and Chay was holding Blakes hand. "As I said, don't worry about it, Ashley and Chay are two lovely children." He said smiling.
"But still, we owe you. If you ever need help with anything just ask us okay?" Lukas said smiling. Jakey just nodded.
"We should really go then, bye Jakey!" Blake said as she waved at the guild leader. Lukas, Ashley and Chay waved at him too, said their goodbyes and then left to go back to Divinus Magia.

I really hope you liked it, it is a bit longer then I thought it would be, but hey that isn't a bad thing am I right?
