A/N

Kenma's POV

I was going around Miyagi and got lost again. I was at a void place. There was literally no one around so I sat down and played animal crossings after messaging Kuroo to help find me and describing the place I was in.

I heard legs shuffling and thought it was Kuroo, so I turned around. Instead, I saw a female that looks like she could be Shoyo's twin. 

"K-Konnichiwa" the female said. (Ok, I'm not going to continue the conversation because it would take too much time and we need to just get to the point heh) 

After that conversation

The female that I now know her as 'Haru' is really shy. Well, at least she doesn't talk much. Honestly, I miss Shoyo.. It's been a long time since we played games with each other or even texted. Actually, I've been trying to reach out to him, but it seems that he hasn't read them yet. Hm..

"A-Ano.. I-Is he by any chance the person you were waiting for?" Haru interrupted me, pointing to Kuroo. 

I nodded and waved at her. Although I was very ready to go to the Hotel we were going, I kept on glancing back to check on Haru. She was actually sitting there, looking down. Didn't she tell me she was lost or something like that? 

"Kuroo," I pointed to Haru. 

Kuroo looks confused for a second before realisation hits him. He nodded and conversated with Haru which I didn't bother listening to. After a while, Haru followed us. That was when I realised that we weren't going in the direction of the Hotel.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Karasuno. Haru, the female beside you, apparently is a new manager of Karasuno," he explained. "Hn," I hummed, looking unbothered. (A/N: Anyone get the reference?)

Although, I looked unbothered, my heart was literally pounding so heart. Maybe I can see Shoyo today! I just continued walking with them until Karasuno was in sight. I put my nintendo in my pocket and looked around. 

We reached the gym. I heard shoes squeaking, balls bouncing and people talking. 

"You mean Haru just ran away from both of you!?" someone asked angrily, from inside the gym. 

"Yeah.. This salty guy keeps  asking him questions that shouldn't be asked," if I'm not wrong, Karasuno's libero said that.

Kuroo knocked and went inside the gym without an invitation to do so. I just followed him and Haru inside. Everyone in the gym stopped what they were doing and looked at us in shock when they heard the door opening.

"HARU? YOU'RE SAFE!" Sugama- I mean ahem, Sugawara shouted, cheerfully. 

Hinata's POV

Suga-san was so relief to see me. 

"Hehe yeah.. I'm sorry-" I got interrupted by a slap to my face.

"OWWW!" I groaned in pain.

Suga-san glared at me and said, "Well, that's what you get for running without thinking about where you were going!" he sighed, continuing, "and, I'm so relieved you are back safely.." 

They seemed to have forgotten about Kuroo-san and Kenma so I whispered to Yachi-chan, who was standing right next to me when Suga-san was lecturing me. "Psst, Yachi! Are they really going to ignore the guests here?" 

Yachi looked at me with confusion in her eyes, before realising thatI was talking about the 2 Nekoma guests, right in front of the door while looking at the commotion. I was embarrassed as we were ignoring our guests when we shouldn't.

"U-Uhm... Guys?" I pointed at Kuroo-san and Kenma, who were still standing at the door.  "Sorry Kuroo and Kenma, is it? Thanks for bringing our manager back!" Suga-san thanked them. Since I was nearby Kuroo and Kenma, I heard Kenma whispering about where someone was. I looked at them in confusion but they didn't realise about me staring at them.

Kenma's POV

"Ano Kuroo.. Do you see Shoyo anywhere? I can't seem to find him. It's unlikely of him to not go practice," I whispered to Kuroo, looking around. He smirked at me before whispering back, "Impatient to see your little crush, huh?~" I glared and smack him.

I noticed the manager staring at me and looked back at her. She's so weird. I should ask someone about Shoyo but I'm too lazy. As luck was on my side today, Kuroo asked the team about Shoyo but instead of answering, most of Karasuno's team just scoffed and turned away with the exception of Sugawara-san, Yamaguchi, Nishinoya, their team managers. Haru just turned away, looking uncomfortable.

I wonder why though.. She should know who Shoyo is. Shoyo is a literal ball of sunshine and he can make anyone happy at anytime. Anyone can just notice him with his bright orange hair and also that bright and cute smil- Wait wait wait. What's wrong with me?

I ignored that thought and continued playing 'Animal Crossing: New Horizons'. The Karasuno team still hasn't answered the question and zoned out for a few minutes before Kuroo cleared his throat. 

"Uh- Oh- Yeah! Hinata.. Uhm.. He uhh- had to g-go home early! Yeah, that's it!" the captain of the crows stuttered. Wow, so convincing! As if anyone would believe that.. But I just nodded and continued playing. 

"OK then.. Kenma and I will go back to our hotel now," the rooster said, dragging me behind him. Ugh.. The team thanked us for bringing back their managers. We rushed back to our hotel since it was really late in the evening.

I sigh in disappointment. I wished I could see Shoyo just now but he's missing and the team was pretty unconvincing. Who would believe thata lie of 'He had to go home early'? Whatever... I think I might be able to see him at the training camp anyways.

With Hinata (Hinata's POV)

Sugawara-san kept on smacking me as we were on the way back home. Noya-san was lecturing me, and the other 2 managers were walking behind us, chuckling.

"Very helpful, Kiyoko-chan and Yachi-chan," I rolled my eyes as they were in fits of laughter, clutching their stomachs. Seriously, this two... "Hehe.. Ow, my stomach hurts..." Yachi-chan complained. 

"Well, it's basically your fault for laughing at me. You too, Kiyoko-chan," I mumbled the last part. Suga-san had stopped smacking me, as well as Noya-san. Yachi-chan asked me, "Do you at least remember Kenma?"

Out of the blue, a few memories of Kenma and me popped in my head. My breath staggered as I slowly fell into the darkness. 

3rd person's POV

Hinata fainted. "Oh sh- Oh my! D-Did I go too far?" the blonde asked, definitely panicking about her friend. "No, it's okay Yachi.. Let's just bring her back home. She probably had a shock about Kenma. It's the one person she always hangs out with during her free times and her only best friend, other than us of course," Sugawara said.
