#At canteen

Pete and Mike walked towards the canteen. Terry saw Pete and waved towards him and unconsciously sat beside him. Mike went towards Pete and said, "Are you crazy whom are you sitting with?" "Umm... " Pete was flustered as he didn't realise that he unconsciously sat beside Terry, he was thinking what to reply..as Terry stood up and said, "Hey! You can sit with us we are almost done" said Terry. “But...I haven't eaten anything yet," said Michelle. Listening to Michelle's response Terry got embarrassed he smacked his head,"I am not saying to get up now,you idiot go with the flow" Terry said in low voice."Mike there is no space anyway, so we can sit here," said Pete. "Okay if you are comfortable then I don't mind." "Yes I am comfortable don't worry" smiled Pete "okay," said Mike. Something was bothering him he lightly kicked Pete's leg, Pete was shocked his eyes widened"come down" Mike whispered "what are you saying?" Pete asked in a confused voice. Mike drop his spoon and said, in loud voice"Pete help me find the spoon it's near you" "okay" Pete bent over as he understood the signal. "Mike what are you doing?" Asked Pete "Pete tell me if something is wrong is he bullying you again?" "No!" "Then why are you sitting beside him? Do you want to change place? No, let's change it" "I am okay Mike don't worry let's go up or they will think we are weird." "Okay but oh wait…blink twice if you need help okay?" Pete blinked his eyes twice "yes that way" said Mike "No I am blinking because you are the one troubling me." Pete laughed "haha that's not funny stop playing and let's go up now," said Mike. "Okay" Terry and his gang were staring at Pete and Mike, "Umm....found it"exclaimed Pete "Thanks..oh! but it is of no use I will bring another" Mike stood up to fetch another spoon. Terry thought it's good chance to speak to Pete, "Pete, are you okay? What were you doing down?" "Yup I am okay it's..." Pete was about to say but Mike returned. The whole table was silent. "I can't stand this silence" whispered Michelle to Robin. "We can't do anything about it, you remember how was our first interaction" "oh!..No I don't remember them" Robin smacked his head and said, "They were the one we fought with, he spilled juice on Terry and his friend was defending him Remember?". "Oh yes I do now so what we can't even talk with each other?" Said Michelle while munching his food Robin paused for a minute and said, "No we can't" "what the heck!why though?" asked Michelle. Terry was listening to them. He thought if he starts a conversation Mike will know that he is not that bad and it will be much easier for Pete too. On the other hand, Pete was thinking the same thing, "Hi I am Terry" "Hi I am Pete" they said in sync it was more awkward after that as everyone were looking towards them, stunned. "See that's why we don't talk" Robin giggled. "Oh, I understood now what you mean" Giggled Michelle. After the awkwardness of 5 mins, Terry put his spoon aside and looked towards Pete. "Hi, I am Terry" Pete looks towards Terry shook his hands and said, " I am Pete" Terry smiled more widely and said, "I am so sorry for what happened that day" "It's okay anyway fault was mine too" "No it was mine I shouldn't have rudely talked with you" "No I apologize as I was the one who was distracted while I was walking" "No I saw you then too I didn't warn you it was my mistake" "No it's mine" "yo yo should we leave you both alone? You both are looking like an old married couple apologizing infinitely after a pity fight” laughed Robin. Pete and Terry were embarassed they went too far by their over friendly conversation. Pete looked towards Mike to see what his expression was but he was calmly eating his food "what the heck! They didn't give me extra hot dog like others" Yelled Michelle. "Here take mine" Pete offered to Michelle "Thank you, bro, if it was Jack he wouldn't wait for me see if I had extra or not he would have directly place his food into mine..." Michelle suddenly stopped eating thinking something, Robin looks worriedly towards Michelle and asked,"What happened to you why did you stop eating?" "No nothing" Michelle continued eating. Mike got up and said, "Are you done, Pete?" "Oh!..Yes I am done" "okay then let's go our next class is about to start" "okay you go ahead I will be behind you in a min." "Okay come quickly" Mike left. "I will go too I am done with my lunch I have to know what happened to Jack." "Okay call us if you need our help,"said Robin "yes I will" Michelle left the place."Ugh what should we do? What will I say to Mike? How should I talk to him about us?" sighed Pete "Milkshake don't worry everything will be fine" Terry patted Pete's head. "Uh hmm..okay! Then I will go too it looks like I am third wheeling here" Robin teased the couple. "Oh God we forgot he is still here," Pete said in a low voice "Don't worry milkshake he is just teasing us he know about us" Robin laughed "yes I know about you two don't worry I won't say about your secret to others." "Thank you so much Robin you truly are a great friend"smiled Pete. " Oh no....no need to thank me I am close to Terry, and I am close with you too" "yeah you are," said Pete " yo he is mine so stop flirting with my boyfriend"roared Terry, Robin laughed and said, "Okay I apologize You are too possessive towards him bruh" "So? He is mine" "okay can we stop fighting? Terry what should I say to Mike?". "It's okay milkshake as I said he will understand you if you tell him the truth and also I am okay in whatever decision you take. Take your time milkshake I know it's hard for you." "Yes I will tell him the truth" "you don't have to force yourself milkshake tell him when you are ready." "Yes I think I am ready I will tell him today" "yeah and remember I will be beside you the whole time" Terry pecked Pete on forehead "I will go then," Terry holds Pete's hand and said "I will be waiting for you near the car" "okay"smiled Pete and left the table. Terry sighed and look towards Robin who was looking at Terry sheepishly. "What?!" Asked Terry. "Don't worry milkshake everything will be fine chu" Robin teased while mimicking Terry. Terry raised his eyebrow and threw the spoon towards Robin. "Shut it you idiot" "okay-okay" Robin laughed. "But no seriously do you think he will be okay?" "I hope he will be I wanted to stay beside him when he feels anxious and nervous, I want to hold his hand when he is afraid to do things, I want him to trust me and to let him know that I won't let anyone hurt him. And it doesn't matter if he can't come out what matter is he should know I love him more than anyone else" Sighed Terry "Don't worry dude everything will be fine, and I am so happy that someone finally changed you" Robin teased Terry to lighten his mood "I will kill you if you teased me or my milkshake" "Dude you won't do anything, the new Terry I saw today was speechless". "That side of me is only for my milkshake so don't think I will leave you". "Oops it's time to run" "Wait for me to catch you" growled Terry "You can't catch me I am faster than you" Robin left leaving Terry alone. After few mins, Terry stood up and walked away.
