CHAPTER~15

#at hospital

The cars were surrounding the entrance of hospital and I knew who was in the car it's none other than my old man he came out of the car and he was not alone a man of his same age came out with him...who was he? I have seen him somewhere. But where? They went inside. I have to find who the other man was! I went inside from the same route and found them and saw a girl with them. WTF! I was astonished. Don't tell me he is... Veronica's dad! And the girl is Veronica. Old man was serious about the engagement. I have to stay here in the hospital or he can do anything until and unless that benefited him. He can even cross his line. Old man and Veronica's dad stayed for a while and left and that plastic doll left too. Wait he should stay with mom instead he just exited out he is really a mean person. I knew something was fishy or else mom won't change this way and I have to know what has happened. Today too I can't meet Pete. A message came and seeing that message I was in 9 clouds. I knew Drake is the only person who can do this. I called Pete as soon as I got his number but,-— "The number you are trying to call is switched off please try again later" Why? Why he have to keep his phone off? I have to meet him it's been a day I haven't seen his face. What has happened to him?My life sucks! I was missing him.

#next morning

It was morning and I was sitting outside the ward of my mom I haven't slept all night and was thinking what my old man's intention was. Doctor went inside to check her and came out after 10 mins I asked him, " Is she okay?" "Yes she is okay now and we will discharge her soon so don't worry" "Okay thank you doc" I waited for Liam he too didn't slept last night as soon as I saw him and said, "Now it's your responsibility to take care of mom, you should take her safely at home and no need to tell anyone about me. I think you heard me clear and loud" "Terry I think you should come with us mom will be happy when she will see you" I glanced at her last time assuring myself that she is safe and exited out of the hospital without saying him anything. I was tired and hungry. I saw the time and thought to eat first in the cafe. After 20 minutes I was thinking what to do. Since yesterday was so hectic that I decided to go the dorm to see Pete, by seeing my milkshake's face I know I will cheered up. My phone vibrates and there was a message:

Terry dear I have already told you about today's party you remember? You have to come in an hour don't worry about your grooming it will be kept ready by me. Venue will be messaged to you shortly. Please come for your mom's sake. Bye love

What the heck mom was in hospital this morning but doctor said she will be discharged soon but this is too soon. Something is wrong I don't know what but I think something is going around me that is involving mom. Oh no please it shouldn't be what am I thinking but I don't have any proof. Oh god I should attend the party. Venue was messaged to me after few minutes I took my car and reached the venue a valet was already there and someone took me inside I got changed in suits and came out of the changing room. I was searching for mom and found her with dad pretending to be happy in front of other guests. I can see that she was pretending. What has happened to her? What made her change this much? Many people with higher positions were invited to the party. I was here in this party for mom. I know something was indictable and I was here to find evidence. I was thinking how and suddenly someone called my name, "Terry! " I turned around and it was Liam and he was not alone...

#at the party

I turned around and saw Liam but he was not alone he was with Veronica!
the two most annoying people together what should I expect from my luck ugh! "Babesss you came Awww you look so handsome in this suit" "Ugh no please don't come close" "Whyyy I want to be with you uh..hmm you want to say something to me?" I scanned her from up to down and said, "Umm No" I knew she wanted a compliment but her personality was not helping her to look attractive. "You look beautiful today Veronica" Said Liam. I was shook why in the world he said that. "Thank you Liam" She came more close to me that I can feel her curves that was disgusting. "But I want my babes to say me that. You see babes everyone say that I am beautiful except you" I pulled my hand out and said, "umm okay I think I should leave I have something to do" "What is that Terry?" Liam was sounding suspicious something about him was erroneous. I was about to say suddenly my old man put his glass up and said, " My dear family's and colleagues today there will be two announcement. Firstly our company Raines has been declared as number 1 company in the whole country and the second announcement will be done shortly thanks for attending this party. Cheers" Everyone were applauding and making toast. No I can't believe him he is the worst and the dangerous person I have ever met in my life. I knew what other announcement would be so I decided to make my way out of the place where I doesn't belong I gulped a glass of wine thinking about how to exit and saw Veronica she was approaching me... Oh god I have to leave ASAP. I pretend to be on a call and rushed out of that freaking place. I was in my car and texted to Liam that I had an emergency and can't attend further and drove my car. I was deciding, what to do about mom's case my head was in severe pain I was not able to think straight I was feeling dizzy not because of wine but I haven't slept properly.... Ohh and I haven't met him it's been two days now. I took the direction, for the dorm. I reached dorm and was excited to see Pete but was tired as I was not feeling well. I knocked and he opened the door and he was looking so hot that I was melting on his hotness he said, "oh you came I was- what the heck why are you here Terry?" Wait... What did I heard he was not expecting me and someone else. He was being excited for someone else. I was losing my control "where are you going?" I asked him. "Why do you care Terry? It's none of your business" "What happened to you? Why are you behaving like this?" I asked but in a high tone " What happened to me? Terry don't act like an innocent person please I don't wanna ruin my mood" "Am I ruining your mood? " "Yes you are" I couldn't control and stomped inside by closing the door. I grabbed him by his wrist and put him on the bed to mark him mine "You are hurting me Terry leave me... Leave me alone Why are you behaving like this you jerk" I ripped his shirt and started kissing him and marking him. "Terry leave me... Ahh.. Ahh" His moans were turning me on even more I held his wrist tightly and whispered "Pete you are mine. You can't go anywhere with anyone" "Don't..don't say that to me you jerk I am not a toy..leave me" Suddenly there was a knock on the door but I didn't care "Terry....ahhh...leave me you bastard" After few minutes I was on the ground realising what I did just now. He rushed towards the door and was talking to someone. I realised what I did and didn't know what to do and then I saw him moving towards washroom and someone came inside and he was "Robin! Why the heck you are here?"
