Chapter 4

Karsyn's POV

I was almost home when I decided to change into a different outfit, using some of the pieces I bought at the mall.

After I was changed, I started to penny board back. Don't ask where I changed, that's for me to know, not you.

I got to the house and my mom and dad were in the kitchen. I noticed they looked at me, turned back around, but then did a double take.

I was about halfway up the steps when my dad said "Karsyn is that you?"

"Yes dad" I replied.

"What happened to my baby girl?" He asked me.

"She realized her life was a joke, a decider to change it." I replied with a straight face, and then continued walking up the stairs.

I started walking up to my bedroom, when I realized the guys were in Hayes's room.

They were being super noise and I was supposed to FaceTime Meg, to meet her daughter and son. So I did something I've never done before.

I went right up to Hayes's room door, and knocked on it. Some one opened the door, I think his name was Taylor or something like that. As soon as they saw it was me, it was dead silence.

"Hey do you guys mind being a little bit more quiet, I'm supposed to FaceTime a friend." I asked.

"What happened to you?" Asked Nash, but I just ignored it.

They stood staring for a while, and it was getting really awkward. I was almost gonna leave until Hayes said

"We all know you don't have any friends, so who really is it. Is it the next guy you're gonna hook up with, or the one you already are."

"Are you kidding me? You know know what? I'm done." and I stormed out of the room.

All I've ever wanted was a family to love me, and actually care about me. Well, I have an idea on how to accomplish that.

I pack all of my things, and left my room. My new guardian already said I was aloud to stay with her, so I'm good to go.

I started walking down the stairs, and got to the front door. I put my shoes on and opened it. Before I left I screamed, "I hope you guys know that I'll I've ever wanted is a family that would love me. Well now I'm getting one." After that I shut the door and left.

I started walking down the driveway, and down the road, tugging my stuff behind me.

Before I turned the corner, I looked back and saw all the guys looking at me through Hayes's window. Everyone of them had a shocked face. I waved and mouthed 'goodbye' and continued walking.

When I finally reach my destination, and walked up to their front porch. Before I could even ring the doorbell it swung open, and I was pulled into a hug.

"Sweetie I'm so glad you made this choice." my new guardian said.

"Me too" I replied, knowing that this place was already better than my old 'home'.
