So my opinion on Valentine's Day is that it is a big clump of waste. Why do we celebrate a holiday of love when we can easily do that on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and birthdays. Plus, this holiday leaves the women happy and the men broke.
I think it's unfair. I mean even though I'm a girl, I am taking sides with the guys. Where is the holiday that says Bro Appreciation?
I understand that some girls are so thrilled when this holiday comes around, but what about the people that don't have someone to love on too. What happens to them? Sometimes, me and my grandma go to a local nursing home and hand out lollipops just to let the people know that we care about them.
One thing I love about going there, is that you get to hear amazing stories from the old days. But back to the topic, Valentine's Day STINKS!!!!
