•Killua POV•

"Um, excuse me..? Your in my seat...", I uttered out, not looking the unfamiliar face in the eyes.

'The hell, is this kid new or something? Why did he have to sit in my seat? The only other seat is at the front of the class and there's no way I'm sitting up there. I'd be the perfect target. But do I have a choice?'

I sigh to myself and decide to just sit at the front. I don't think the new kid heard me say something to him or even notice me standing by him until he looked up at me. I glanced back to see him looking a little stunned and probably wondering where I came from.

'Cute'

As I was walking to my new seat my eyes widened.

'The fuck did I just say-? Well I mean what did I just think but still. Did I just call this random person cute..? And to top it all off it was a boy. But he was cute...', I feel heat rush up to my cheeks. 'Dammit what the hell is wrong with me, I don't even know him! What would everyone think if they found out, worse what would my parents think!?...Your getting ahead of yourself Killua, maybe you just meant to think something else. Yeah! Plus your a heartless assassin, it's impossible to have these type of feelings. It's wrong...right?'

'What the hell was I that lost in thought-?'

"Make sure to complete the homework on time everyone. Oh yeah and Gon, don't be shy to ask me for help at any time 'kay?", Mrs.Luna said after hearing the loud sound of our school bells ringing.

Gon nodded from my seat and proceeded to pack his stuff. I began to do the same as to not be late to another class.

I finished packing my stuff and started heading to my next class. Then, I paused.

'Did she say we had homework?'

•Kurapika POV•

"Hey Kurapika, I heard there was a new kid in your class. Was it by any chance a cute girl?", my friend Leorio asked me.

I'm not sure how we became friends in the first place, but somehow I find it fun to hang out with him. Excluding the fact that he looks like an old man and sometimes says stupid things. He's an upperclassman who honestly has the mind of a child, but can be serious sometimes and when he is...

"Oh yeah there was, and no they weren't a cute girl. Even of they were there was no way I would introduce a creep like you to them.", I replied in a serious tone, and a look that said are you serious?

Leorio looked at me seeming shocked, but then his expression turned into a face of hurt. I didn't really care since he's usually this dramatic.

"I'm wounded. The betrayal is unreal!", Leorio said as dramatic as ever.

I rolled my eyes as we continued to walk to our next class. Knowing we were going to separate I decided to tell him anyway.

"It was a boy. His name was Gon I believe.", I said as I began to see the door to my classroom.

"Doesn't your class have enough boys? Sheesh.", Leorio said, hands in pocket and hunched over.
