Yuji's pink hair fell down to how it looked before, and the marking was slowly fading away. "Hold up, it's not a problem" he spoke calmly as he looked at us, however, for some reason when our eyes met it was like the world had stopped. It felt like it was just us there on top of the school. No, this wasn't supposed to happen.

My knees grow weak as I fall to the ground deactivating the circle allowing him to move again, "no" I whispered as I could feel my eye water. Megumi caught me before I could fall, "what happened?" he asked me confused as I covered my eyes with my hand. This was bad, his eyes were on me. They were intense. "Don't tell me he's your?" he didn't even need to finish his sentence as I nodded my head as I tried to hide my tears.

Uncovering my eyes and once again like magnets, our eyes met, and the bond began to grow. The red string of fate was tightening its grip on me, I thought I would still have more time before this moment happened. Yuji stepped forward, but Megumi glared at him, causing him to put his hands up. "We are all pretty beat up, we need to get to a hospital" he spoke as his gaze never left me. He moved once more trying to get closer to us but more importantly, to me. Yuji is new to the sorcerer world, so he doesn't know what happened between us, but his body knows who I am to him.

"Stay where you are!" I yelled at him as Megumi helped me stand up, I could tell Megumi was confused as to who was speaking, but I knew it was him, Yuji. I was only connected to one soul, and that was Yuji, not the curse.

Feeling a new presence enter the scene, "what's the situation?" Gojo spoke. "What are you doing here?" I asked as I wiped the tears away to draw suspicion away. Gojo explained quickly between us, "so did you find it?" I scratched my head as Megumi glared at the boy.

"um sorry, I ate it" Yuji spoke. There was a moment of silence as Gojo looked at us, "for real?" both of us nodded our heads. For the first time, Yuji's eyes weren't on me but instead on Gojo, and at that moment I got to see his soulmate mark. I made sure to check before, and there was nothing on his neck, but now it was there. The mark was an image of chains. I always thought it was chains because I felt locked up.

"Can you switch to Sukuna, the cursed object you ate" Gojo stepped closer to Yuji taking a good look at the boy. If I had to guess whenever Yuji was switched to Sukuna our soulmate mark on his neck would disappear. He would have no connections to me. "Ten seconds. Come on back after that" Gojo smirk cockily as he throws his shopping back at his students to catch. Megumi caught it, but I snatched it off him looking inside, this guy really went to buy souvenirs. There are people dying over here, which include his students.

Glaring at our teacher as Sukuna came out and just like I had expected the mark was no longer there, "Megumi, please don't tell sensei about Yuji and me" I whispered quietly to the boy as he nodded his head. "You don't like soulmates, do you?" he asked as I glanced over at Gojo showing off his power.

"I just hate the idea that someone other than me picks the person I'm supposed to be with. I want it to be my choice."
