It was Ubuyashiki-san.
He was standing at the doorway alongside Giyuu.
Everyone was a bit surprised for a second before  going back to normal, it was Ubuyashiki-san after all.

''Come on now, let us commence the meeting.'
He spoke as, just like that everyone got into place.

'I apologize for the inconvenience of coming here,' he continued, ' but I'm afraid that the demons have been more active lately.
.
.
.

They spoke about the matter for a whole two hours before Ubuyashiki-san dismissed the meeting and they finally got to leave.

Giyuu was the first one to leave, followed by Uzai, Gyomi, Sanemi, Shinobu, Mitsuri, and Obanai. While Muchiro was sitting in the meeting room a bit dazed about to fall asleep.

It had already started getting dark and Giyuu completely regretted joining the Pillar meeting.

He thought that if he hadn't gone to this meeting, he might have finished his mission about now. He was also thinking about how many humans might have gotten hurt by the wretched demons just because he was late and has went to the meeting.

He might have been showing some emotion on his face, because Shinobu has decided to say something.

'Ara Ara Tomioka-san, you've been out if it today, has something happened?' she questions with this innocent look on her face. Though he knew that innocent was the last thing she was.

Giyuu responded with a small hum, 'Hm.'

Than she has started getting angry, 'Tomioka-san, its very crude if a person to not respond properly when asked a question.'

Giyuu just walked away going to his mission.

'This is why your dislike-' Shinobu was cut off by a lack on her back and some words. It was Mitsuri.

Apparently, while Shinobu and Giyuu had been quote to quote 'talking', the other pillars had made a plan.
.
.
.
'Please help Shinobu-san!' she said, 'Everyone keeps on talking about be braking into Tomioka's pillar estate room since they heard he's on a mission!'

As she squeaked that out, Shinobu had an idea. If they did search his estate, they might find something that they could use to blackmail Giyuu. Or maybe something that would put in some emotions on the Water Hashira's face.

'Of course I'll help you Mitsuri-san,' She said with her usual on face smile.

She left and went to the others side as they were in the middle of the conversation of how they were going to get inside without getting noticed.

'Ara Ara you boys are so much trouble,' she said coming out of nowhere. (At least that's what it seemed like to the others.)

'Oh, Shinobu!' Uzai exclaimed,                         'We were  planning on entering Tomioka's room, but Gyomi and Mitsuri seem think its a not so flamboyant idea! So I came up with the idea of a vote!' he said, looking very proud of coming up with an idea.

'Oh, of course, All in favor of not going into his room?' Shinobu asked.

Mitsuri, Obanai, Gyomi, and Rengoku put their hands up.

'Oh- Rengoku, why not? I would guess that Obanai is putting his hand up for Mitsuri-san, but why you?

'It would be very disrespectful to Giyuu of we entered into his room without his knowledge!'  He replied to Shinobu's question.

She hummed and continued.

'All in favor of going into his room?'

Sanemi, Uzai, and Muchiro put up their hands.

'Muchiro-san, when did you wake up?' asked Gyomi.

'A while ago' he replied

Mitsuri made a small fangirl screech thinking that the black and blue haired boy looked cute after waking up.

Obanai of course, glared daggers at him.

'Along with me, four of us want to go, and the other four oppose.' she said and thought for a bit.

'OI!' yelled out Sanemi, 'IDIOTS! LET'S GO!'
He yelled out.

'Ara Ara, well we wouldn't want to make Sanemi-san angry now would we?' Shinobi said.  'Let's all go now.'

They all left to inspect his estate room, with Mitsuri being sorrowful that she could do nothing to stop them.

Extra part:
While on the way to Giyuu's estate Uzai started to flamboyantly sing English songs that he learnt, and told the Hashira the same story of his 3 wives that he's told over a thousand times this week. It was a big pain to them, but they, well most of them, knew better than to interrupt him or to try and get him to quiet down and stop talking loud.
