Chapter 5 | Vomiting

The doctor looked at me with a worried face then went inside while I head back to the studio.

When I went in the others were practising their dances. The music stopped and they were all curious about Chenle. I told them what happened. There were gasps and worried looks. After a couple seconds we went back to practise as we had no time to waste.

Later that day, I finished at the studio early and had an early dinner before heading back to the dorms. I went to Chenle's room where he was snuggled up in blankets, looking at the wall terrified, a bottle of pills and medications on the side table. I went up to him and cuddled with him. We decided to watch a kdrama while snuggling.

I got a text from my phone and read it. It was from the private doctor. I sighed before opening the message, trying not to distract Chenle who was finally calmed in my arms. The message said, "Hey Jisung. Don't worry this isn't anything bad. I know your mate is Chenle and I just want you to make sure he takes his medications after every meal and doesn't do anything to himself. Thank you. I wish you luck."

When I finished reading the message Chenle was already asleep. I didn't want to wake up the smaller so I turned off the television, dimmed the lights and went to the living room to sleep on the couch.

Midnight | Chenle's Point Of View

It was midnight and I heard more voices. It was very scary. Where was Jisung when I needed him. I started sobbing as I saw the monsters coming closer to me. They had knives and looked like they wanted to kill me.

I slowly got out of bed, taking my dolphin plush with me, and went outside to the living room where I know Jisung sleeps. The alpha was already asleep when I arrived so I climbed on top of him carefully and hugged him like a koala. I was finally able to sleep peacefully with his warm presence.

The Next Morning | Jungwoo's Point Of View

When I woke up this morning at 4am feeling horrible. My body ached so bad and suddenly a wave of nausea came over to me again as I ran to the bathroom. I puked all the food I had from the previous night which made me whine because I liked the potatoes I ate for dinner.

Then I came back to reality and realised I was supposed to be in heat today. That was strange because I haven't taken my pills yet and I don't feel hot nor in pain and DEFINITELY NOT horny. Maybe I was sick? Like I have been vomiting for the last 2 days and some foods make me sick. Wait that's it! Maybe I had an allergy! That still doesn't explain the delayed heat though.

I swallowed my suppressants to make sure nobody could smell my sweet scent and got ready for another day at the studio. I decided to go to the studio early in the morning before breakfast so I did a little bit of work before I walked to the dorms to eat breakfast with the rest of NCT.

When I woke up I felt a light body upon me. When I opened my eyes fully I saw a sweet, Chenle sleeping on me. The omega must've had troubles sleeping. Then Jaemin came out of his and I's supposed to be room. He started snickering and made a smart remarked which I didn't find very funny.

"Oh you guys realised Chenle has a whole room where you guys can make love. You don't have to do it in the living room."

I glared at Jaemin before growling and saying, "You idiot. We didn't do anything."

I could feel Chenle wriggle and wake up as he looked into my eyes. I pecked his fore head and told him it was okay as Jaemin kept laughing in the background.

... | Taeyong's Point Of View

I was making breakfast for the rest of the members since it was my day today. All the members came into the dining room except Jungwoo who was said to be at the studio as I finished making breakfast. I decided to make toast with avocados and poached egg. When Jungwoo came in a minute after he looked exhausted and a bit... sick? It made me worry a little and when I looked at Lucas. He looked mad but very worried.

I was entering the room to have breakfast and I was completely exhausted. Then, like what I felt this morning, a wave of nausea came over me and I crouched down and threw up. Lucas immediately rushed towards me and tried to ask me questions but I was too dizzy and fainted.

... | Taeyong's Point Of View

I don't know what was wrong with me back then but when Jungwoo vomited and fainted I was filled with worry but then I started crying. Why were omegas so emotional? Doyoung and Jaehyun ran towards me while Lucas was taking care of Jungwoo. I mind-linked with my two mates and told them I was okay. Omegas were just really emotional. They kissed the top of my fore head before we started cleaning up the mess on the floor. I wasn't mad at Jungwoo of course! That morning was a bit chaotic.

As soon as Jungwoo puked I ran to him and tried to ask if he was okay but he fainted in my arms. I picked up the omega and brought him to the private nurse in the SM company building, and asked them to take a look of Jungwoo while I headed to dance practise for the day. I wished I could stay with my mate but I would be in trouble by my manager. He can be so annoying sometimes.

As much as I felt sorry towards the members I had to look after Chenle and his well-being. I took him to his room, where his pills laid. I tried to get Chenle to have the pills but he refused a bit. That was one thing I noticed about Chenle. He hated swallowing things. "Hey... baby... have this pill and I'll take you out for a nice lunch okay?"

Chenle listened and took the pills after some hesitation. I'm glad he was able to do it. I was so proud. The two of us got changed and went to the studio to practise.
