Betrayed

Chapter 3

Later June and Agent Fowler got to the scrapyard after June had successfully gotten the chip out of him.

"Who puts anchovies on pizza?" Said Agent Fowler who was still recovering from the procedure as they passed Starscream who looked all kinds of confused. "Fish and pepperoni were not ment to meet!"

June just rolled her eyes as she helped him to a bed.

Meanwhile Ratchet had taken Knock Out out of the stasis pod and was working on repairing him.

Suddenly the red medic's optics flashed open as he came back online with a start.

"NOOO!!!" The terrified sports car screamed before jumping off the table and bolting out of the scrap yard before Ratchet who had just re-entered the medbay after going to get a tool could stop him.

"We need to get him back so I can finish repairing him." Ratchet told the others.

"Why did he take off like that?" Asked Strongarm.

"Because he's scared and confused because of what Unit E. did to him." Ratchet explained. "This is Knock Out's first time being in the scrapyard and form his prospective he just woke up in a strange place after being tortured so it's not surprising that it triggered a fight or flight instinct."

"And he's probably still in shock on top of it." Added Arcee. Understanding that Knock Out had been tromatised and wasn't thinking straight right now.

Unfortunately they had already lost sight of Knock Out so all went to look for him.

Knock Out meanwhile kept running he didn't know where he was he just remembered that humans had been hurting him and knew he had come back online in an unfamiliar place and wanted to get as far away as he could.

He tried to transform but to his horror couldn't he couldn't even transform his servos into his wepons or activate any of his built in medical tools.

Then he tripped and tried to push himself back up but his servos started shaking and he couldn't make them stop it was like he didn't have control of some parts of his body anymore.

That was when he broke down sobbing coolant tears. Then he heard tires coming but didn't respond if it was an enemy he wouldn't be able to fight them off Unit E. had broken him and now whoever this was would finish him Knock Out knew he wouldn't be able to fight it so he was ready to accept his fate.

He was going to go out the same why his best friend had damaged by humans and finished off by a Decepticon if Arachnid could even still be considered a Decepticon since she had gone rouge.

But instead of an attack he felt a servo laid gently on his shoulder. And saw that it was Arcee who had found him and Starscream was also there.

"Come on let's go back to the scrapyard so Ratchet can finish repairing you." Starscream told his best friend offing his servo. Which Knock Out accepted relieved to see his friends.

The seeker noticed how much Knock Out's servo still trembled and didn't like it both Starscream and Arcee were angry with Unit E. for how badly they had harmed Knock Out.

Later after they got Knock Out back to the medbay Ratchet continued trying to fix him which was easier since he didn't have to worry about the red mech taking off again now that Knock Out was thinking more clearly and knew he was among friends.

Then a few hours later Ratchet came out and said the reason Knock Out couldn't transform was because the gas that was sprayed into his circuits had irritated his T-cog but fortunately it would heal and he would be able to transform again after a few days or weeks at most.

And the combination of gasses and liquid nitrogen mixed with the EMP had caused system damage. Which was why his servos kept shaking. Not all the time but Knock Out kept having spells where he couldn't steady his servos.

Which concerned Ratchet because if he couldn't fix this and Knock Out kept losing control of his hands then he wouldn't be able to be a medic anymore do to how dangerous it would be if his servo acted up at a bad time. Knock Out actually seemed OK with it acting like he didn't want to be anywhere near the medbay or medical equipment.

And he jumped when his energon prob sparked a bit and quickly set it aside having just been reminded of when he was zapped during his capture.

Then he went to his room to buff himself only to be freaked out when he turned his buffer on because it sounded similar to the drills that had been used on him.

He screamed and tossed it aside. Then Smokescreen who heard ran in to check on him and found him on the floor in the fetal position.

They all felt bad for him knowing the red spots car had been tromatised by his ordeal.

Later Agent Fowler went to check on him.

"Don't just don't." Ratchet said firmly.

"I was just going to see if he's OK." Agent Fowler explained.

"Ratchet it Agent Fowler." Bulkhead cut in.

"Yes and he's the one who always reported back to Genarl Brice and told him who knows what about us and for all we know he could have been in on this why have we even let him in the scarpyard he could be planning to tell them where we are anytime!" Ratchet ranted.

"Ratchet I believe Agent Fowler was in the dark just as we were now is not the time to be pointing blame." Optimus told him.

"I would never betray you bots!" Agent Fowler said sounding hurt. "I'm sorry for what happened to Knock Out and I swear I had nothing to do with it!"

"It's ok." Said Knock Out who had just walked in. "I remember hearing Agent Fowler come in and he was trying to help me. He was trying to stop them and had no idea what they were doing he was betrayed just like we were." He continued.

"And thank you for trying to help me back there." Knock Out added looking at Agent Fowler.

"Anytime." Agent Fowler told him. "I'd do the same for any of you bots don't think for a minute I would turn on you."

"We know your on our side I think after what's happened everyone is just a bit tired and on edge." Starscream suggested.

"Let's all get some rest and we'll figure out how to deal with our situation in the morning when our minds are clearer." Said June. And everyone agreed and they all went to sleep or recharge.
