Betrayed

Epilogue

Ratchet came out awhile later and said he had done everything he could and Knock Out was stable but they wouldn't know if he would pull through till the next day.

"If he doesn't regain consciousness by morning he probably never will." Ratchet said sadly. "That energon sword just barely missed his spark chamber."

Everyone decided to stay outside the medbay wanting to be there for Knock Out.

"I'm sorry about earlier I almost crossed a line and it was like the old Decepticon I use to be tried to make a comeback." Starscream apologized for snapping and nearly murdering Cyclonus. "It's just when I saw him over Knock Out and him laying on the floor like that.. Knock Out has become like a brother to me and I just snapped."

"You stopped me from doing something I would have regretted thank you." He added looking at Optimus.

"It is alright Starscream you have come a long way since your days as the Decepticon second in command you proved that by your motives for lashing out and that you regret and see why it was wrong it shows how much you have grown." Optimus explain. "I am proud of you."

Starscream smiled a bit but everyone could tell that he still felt bad for his outburst and was worried about Knock Out. But no one blamed him because they all felt the same way and he had done what they had all felt like doing to Cyclonus when they saw what he did to Knock Out.

And Agent Fowler broght in some of the  Unit E's tech and some other stuff the Government had given them to use earlier that they gave Ratchet to help repair Knock Out during his surgery wanting to make amends for everything that had happened. And what better way to start making up for what they had done to Knock Out then by helping save him.

And the humans were all in the medbay with them just as worried about the cherry colored mech.
                                                                        

Later that night Bumblebee was having trouble recharging because he was worried about Knock Out just like everyone else was. The whole team both bots and humans were spending the night in the medbay.

That had had two accidental wake up calls. The first one was when Sideswipe decided to pull a prank on Strongarm to get his mind off things by spinning her wheels while she was in recharge. Only probably was it was dark and he did Arcee's by mistake and gotten punch and Strongarm had gotten a laugh out of it. When he had to apologize to them both.

And the second thing that had woken everyone up was when Miko who was sleeping in Bulkheads alt-mode accidentally honked his horn and made everyone jump.

Bumblebee hadn't been able to get back into recharge and noticed Starscream was also still awake. And the two of them started talking and Starscream explain part of what was bothering him besides being worried about Knock Out was that when he had attack Cyclonus it had reminded him of his past and he was afraid he was becoming like Megatron.

And Bumblebee made him feel better by assuring the seeker that he was nothing like the warlord and that he had nothing to worry.

Then they both went to get some recharge.

Later Ratchet woke up from recharging and smiled when he was greeted by the sight of a certain Austin Martin setting up in the medical berth who's bright red optics were scanning the room.

"My finish is totaled first thing I'm doing when I recover is giving myself a now paint and wax job." Said Knock Out giving a soft smile.

"Knock Out I needed that!" Ratchet exclaimed happily glad to see that the red medic was going to make it.

Upon hearing Ratchet everyone else started coming into the madbay glad to learn that Knock Out was going to be fine. And Ratchet had run a diagnostic scan on him and confirmed that he would make a full recovery after a few weeks of bed rest.

A few weeks later Knock Out had made a full recovery and true to his word had given himself a new paint and wax job.

And the humans in Unit E had apologized for everything and Knock Out had forgiven them understanding how important it was as a former Decepticon having needed forgiveness once himself.

And Starscream had forgiven them too knowing everyone deserves a second chance.

And the Autobots were once again on friendly terms with their human allies in Unit E. And after General Brice was given a funeral Agent Fowler was given his position knowing that's what he would have wanted.

And both Cyclonus and Scourge were sentenced to life in prison on Cybertron.

And there was once again peace between the Autobots and humans.
