Percy fell back on his bed, arm's stretched out and his leg's still crossed. He was finally finished with all his homework and extra writing thing's.
He heard a small chuckle from in front of him. He got up, staring at the brunette sitting on the crimson four-poster bed. Percy eyed him for a minute before slowly getting up and sitting next to the other, hugging him tightly, just causing the brunette to laugh even more.
'Why, hello there.' The Quidditch captain laughed, placing a kiss on the freckled boy's cheek. The only response to his greeting was a kiss on the forehead. 'You're so cute.' He quietly spoke, his hand on the Prefect's chin to kiss his soft lip's.
They sat like this for a moment, the red-haired boy's head on the brunette's shoulder as the brunette brushed his hand's through his hair.
Slowly the Quidditch fanatic brought a crimson velvet blanket over them both, Percy curly up to him but then jumped, to which Oliver stared at him confused.
'Merlin! Your feet are freezing!' His freckled boyfriend exclaimed.
Oliver chuckled. 'My feet are always cold.' He brushed it off. He wasn't lying, his feet were always cold, especially after Quidditch games and practices. 'Now come back, I still wanna cuddle.' He opened his arm's allowing his boyfriend to curl back up to him.
'I love you.' Percy mumbled. The brunette smiled and blushed slightly.
'I love you too, Perce.' He replied, kissing his freckled nose and holding him tighter. 'More than you can ever imagine.' The word's were sweet and had so much true meaning to them that made Percy wanted to melt.
'Ollie,' the prefect said, calling Oliver by the nickname he had given to him in their second year. 'Sometimes you say the most cutest thing's.' The brunette smiled, pulling the other closer to him.
'You are the cutest thing.' Oliver replied, kissing the freckled boy on the cheek multiple time's.
Just then the two boy's noticed the twins standing at the door, holding in their laughter. Percy glared at them as he sat up.
'Go away.' He hissed at them both as they burst out in a fit of laughter. They both stumbled away, continuing to laugh loudly as they did so.
Oliver laughed, shaking his head and hugging Percy tightly. 'They're annoying sometimes, aren't they?' He said through his chuckles.
After a few moment's of just cuddling in the warm blanket with Oliver's cold feet staying a good distance away from the freckled boy. The sweet moment was disturbed by a tapping on the window.
The prefect groaned as he got up, walking up to the window and opening it to let in a light brown owl, that perched on the bedside table. It had a pale envelope attached to it's leg. Percy recognised the owl as Wendy, Penelope's owl.
He untied the envelope from the owl's leg, opening the drawer and taking out some owl treats. He gave Wendy a treat while he sat back down and began to open it. He read it out loud for Oliver to hear:
'Dear Percy, I just remembered your request to meet up and talk, and I would like to tell you that we can meet up this Friday, during lunch in the library.'
Oliver raised a brow. Of crouse, Percy had forgotten to tell him about talking with Penelope about his feelings and emotions.
'Sorry, I forgot to tell you. Penelope and I are just going to talk about...things.' The freckled boy explained, putting the letter away and getting out his quill and a piece of parchment. 'I'll just tell her that's a good time.' He had already begun writing his response.
His Quidditch obsessed boyfriend was watching him write from over his shoulder. The prefect was sat on the side of the four-poster bed, leaning the parchment on a thick book as he wrote in his very neat handwriting.
Dear Penelope,
That time work's for me. However I think we should have ten minutes to eat lunch. Thank you for your letter.
From,
PercyThe prefect finished off by carefully placing the letter into a pale envelope and tying it onto the light brown owl's leg. He gave it another treat before it flew out the window.
He lay back on the crimson blanket, stretching out his arm's over the brunette, who just laughed.
He sat up, crossing his leg's. 'So, when's your next practice?' He asked, trying to start up a conversation.
'Monday morning.' The Quidditch frantic replied excitedly. A conversation about Quidditch that someone else purposely started with him was always exciting to him. 'Angelina has a new strategy that she wants us to try, although I don't think it will work much on the Hufflepuff's chasers, they have another strategy that-' He continued to talk while Percy just listened and nodded when needed.
He knew this would go on for likely an hour at minimum, if not interrupted. He heard that once Katie Bell had sat through a five and an half hour talk about Quidditch from Oliver.
After half an hour of Oliver rambling on about Quidditch, Percy began to feel rather tired. His eye's felt heavy and he was truly having a hard time staying awake. It wasn't that he was finding it boring or annoying listening to the Quidditch captain talk about his hobby, it was just that it was getting late.
Oliver continued to talk until he heard a thud. 'Huh?' He was brought back to reality. Almost instantly he found out what had caused the sound.
Percy had fallen asleep. The brunette felt guilty for not noticing how tired his boyfriend was, to the point were he passed out.
He carefully lay him down so that his head was actually on the fluffy pillow and he neatly lay the crimson blanket over the freckled boy.
He decided that he would just sleep next to him, but make sure to give him plenty of space.
And that was how it was. It only took the brunette about half an hour to fall asleep.
