Cleo woke up after a bad dream to lots of clashes and sizzling, although a brilliant smell of pancakes. She crashed on the couch that night so she got up to see what the fuss was. Bonnie was sitting at the table eating pancakes, unbothered by the noise. However Caroline was making pancakes whilst using spoons and pans as a drum to attempt to have it in beat with the terrible music she was blasting.
"Morning Cleo, pancakes?" Cleo asked, although she didn't see to be giving her a choice as in 2 seconds Caroline had sped a plate of pancakes to her using vampire speed.
Cleo didn't feel too hungry but she forced them down. Caroline was fun but Bonnie made her anxious, she was so mysterious and observent and they treated Rebekah like she was such a bad person, Cleo didn't want to consider it but did Rebekah do bad things when she was in Mystic Falls? Cleo didn't like violence or that sort of thing, only if it was last resort or out of pure anger, it made her feel slightly hypocritical but she couldn't help the things she did. Werewolf nature. That brought her back to Cleo's dream, it felt like a message like it was true but Cleo chose not to believe it, it was Rebekah crowded with 2-3 lifeless bodies and blood dripping down her chin, surly it was just a dream, it couldn't have been Rebekah behind the disappearances right?
Cleo continued eating her pancakes, Caroline put her hand on Cleo's shoulder.
She closed her eyes like she was thinking. then opened them. "How are the pancakes." she asked.
"Good" Cleo said taking another bite.
"When will Rebekah be awake, we need to see Zane." Bonnie asked from across the room. "And who owns this house?"
"Its like 6am on a Sunday I doubt Zane will be up for a few hours, and its the Gilbert's , Rebekahs fake family, there on a world trip holiday at the moment, probably for another year or so." Cleo told them.
"Gilbert's? Seriously?" Caroline looked at Bonnie.
"What?" Cleo asked.
"We have a friend called Elena Gilbert, her and Rebekah do not get along." Caroline shrugged.
Cleo had had about enough "What is with this? Why is it that every time you or her mentions anyone from her other life they 'don't get along' why do you all hate her so much?" Cleo raised her voice.
Bonnie got up and walked to Cleo, beside Caroline. She put her finger to her lips and pointed to upstairs, where Rebekah was probably sleeping, signifying be quiet so she cant hear us.
Cleo nodded and quietly asked them to go outside and stroll along the beach to talk about it.
"Tell me everything." Cleo said firmly.
Bonnie and Caroline looked at each other.
"Her and her brothers just came to Mystic Falls and caused some trouble Rebekah and our good friend Elena specifically struggled to get along, except when they went to New York for a bit, but I would argue that didn't count considering Elena wasn't really, herself." Caroline hesitated to pick the right words.
"What did they do, and if none of you like the Mikealson how come Klaus speaks of you like an angel." Cleo said coldly, attempting to hide her slight jealousy.
Caroline blushed and Bonnie smirked.
"None of your business." Caroline looked at her feet.
"The Mikealsons stayed in mystic falls for only a few months, it was hectic to say the least, we had to take down their parents who made a return from the grave, Klaus had his group of sired hybrids, Rebekah was always hunting Elena down and they all had so much more hatred when Elena and her brother killed Kol who somehow came back and..." Bonnie was cut off.
