Chapter VIII: The Hero Killer

The Sword of Darkness and the Nazarick trio returned to the border city of E-Rantel, the two separated as the Sword of Darkness helping out Nphirea with the collected herbs, and the Nazarick trio taking care of the formalities and paperwork.

Zyrax, also known as Vader, leaning towards the oversized hamster with Narberal at his side. The beast obediently gives her body as a cushion for her masters, as the two comfortably leaning towards the beast.

In all that waiting, the two companions of Momon took advantage as they leaned their heads to each other, as they were lost in each other's shoulder.

"Nabe, aren't you a pampered one?" Said Vader.

"Why not? I think it's fine if a woman wants to be pampered by her loved one." Said Nabe as she smiles gently.

Her gentle smile made those people that was initially there for the beast, blush and stunned by her gentle beauty. But at the same time, they were envious, specifically speaking the men. They were envious of the man in the mask that leaned right beside her, as the man achieved something they could not.

But the romantic moment between the two was halted, as Momon walked out of the Guild.

"Sorry to make you wait- Is what I want to say, but it appears that you two have a swell time with each other." Said Momon.

"What~? Can a couple have quality time?" Said Vader.

"You'll have your quality time once we get back. Now, let's go to our client." Said Momon.

Momon walked towards the three, and by the time moon arrived, Momon petted the beast by her head.

"I've finished the registration. Hence this day forth, you are Hamsuke." Said Momon.

"Hamsuke? That's a very simple name." Said Vader complained.

"Oh shut it. I don't have the luxury to think a great name, okay?" Said Momon as ride the beast.

"It is fine, Master Vader. Any name Master Momon give me, I will accept it gladly." Said the beast.

Everyone was surprised when Hamsuke spoke, they began to chitter-chatter around the three. They questioned many things about the three, as it appears that the scheme to become famous worked.

By the time the three were about to depart, they were greeted by an old lady.

"Hey, you. Are you the one who went with my grandson to collect herbs?" Asked the lady.

"And you are?" Asked Nabe.

"I am Lizzy Balear, Nphirea's grandmother." The lady answered.

"Ah, we accompanied him to the Carne Village as his bodyguards. My name is Momon, this is Vader and that woman is Nabe. And this is..." Said Momon as he introduced the rest of the gang.

But before he could introduce the beast, Hamsuke cuts him off.

"I am the Wise King of the Forest. My name is Hamsuke now, it is." Said Hamsuke.

Everyone was awestruck by the beast's name, the Wise King of the Forest.

"So this great magical creature is the legendary Wise King of the Forest?" Said Lizzy.

The beast named Hamsuke shrugs in arrogance, but it serves enough as a tool for Ainz's plan.

"That's right. We met him during your grandson's request, I and my teammates best him to submission." Said Momon.

"Amazing! And so, where is my grandson right now?" Asked Lizzy.

"He went ahead with his herbs, we are about to head to your home to collect our reward," Vader answered.
