Korra walked into the throne room of Dromund Kaas with her apprentice, as there sat 12 individuals. The 12 individuals stood up as Korra's presence enters the room, as they all took a bow of respect to her.
Korra walked up to one of the twin throne and sat there, as Nora stood silently at her side. Korra then signals the rest to sit down. The 12 individuals sat back at their less grand throne, as one of them spoke.
"My lady, Lady Korra. What matters need to resolve that her excellency summons us to?" Said the person.
Korra looked at the person, then she responded.
"As charming as ever, Darth Vowrawn. Have patience, you will soon know what we will discuss." Said Korra.
The man is Darth Vowrawn, a member of the 12 Dark Council of the Sith. He is also a Pure Sith, pretty much as Korra and Zyrax are.

According to the lore, Vowrawn is a charming and sophisticated statesman and a senior member of the council. He is in charge of the Sphere of Production and Logistic.
Vowrawn nodded, as he then silences his mouth. But then, one more spoke out. Everyone present here is a member of the Dark Council, and each one of them is by the lore. At first, the Guild was surprised that the result of making Dromund Kaas would also make NPC's of the Dark Council. It affects the Data Storage of the Guild, but the Guild dismisses it, as the sudden increase in Data Storage does not bother or burden them all.
"My lady, where is Lord Zyrax?" Said another.
Korra turns her gaze to the person and responded.
"He will be here shortly, Darth Marr. As we await his arrival, Lord Zyrax did ask all of you for reports on what is the current situation of Dromund Kass is he not? Report to me, I wish to inspect everything in detail." Korra commanded.

Marr is a male Sith Lord. According to the lore, he is a terrifying warrior. In the early days, he conquered worlds to the Sith Empire's control and gain his reputation for personally leading the charges against Jedi and the Republic's defenders. His armor is that of similar to Zyrax's and Korra's but different from the two, he can never take it off. He is in charge of the Sphere of Military Strategy.
