Chapter 4- Plan of Doom

I stalked towards the entrance of the diner probably looking like a giraffe on rollerblades. Sophia followed closely behind. I entered the diner with my phone ready in my hand. I looked around and spotted Jordan and the rest of them all crowded in a booth eating their burgers monstrously and talking about who knows what. I nodded to Sophia that the plan was now in action.

As I started walking down the diner, a wave of uneasiness came over me. I'm nervous. I'm never this nervous. I gasped silently when Abe nudged Jordan with his elbow looking straight into my eyes with his gorgeous but ghoulish green ones. I breathed a big gulp of air and continued to walk over. As I approached the table of misfits , it was clear from the expression of their faces that I was unwelcome.

"Hey lads. How's it going? " I said loudly trying to show that I'm not afraid of them even though I secretly am. I think I just pissed myself.

"What do you think you're doing ? " Jordan spitted out with so much venom a cobra wouldn't match up.

"What? Can't I say hello? " I said back confidently. Ha. Take that.

"You're not welcome here" Luke muttered back. Woah. Since when does he talk ? I didn't notice how good looking he was either. Damn these boys. There all assholes but hot ones. Curse this world.

" Whatever." I spit back bending over the table and resting my elbows. I put my chin on my knuckles and watch all of them to see their reactions.

"Comfortable much ? " Abe said, his eyebrow slightly raised.

"Yeah I am thanks." Taking the awkward silence to an advantage. I sneakily slip my hand under the table quickly and slam it so the blueback would stick. It worked. I got up from my position and leaned on my hip.
I looked over to see Jordan staring at me like a hawk preying over his kill. Creepy much.

" Can you just leave? You're so annoying. Freak. " Abe muttered.

"No problem. Bye oh and don't miss me too much. " I shouted walking backwards and blowing them a kiss. Wow that's a side I never knew was within me. I walked over to Sophia, who's mouth was currently wide open. Shaking my head jokingly, we leave the diner and just as I leave the door , I glance back at the table where they are all looking at me. Some with confused glares others with frustration.

"Cmon Sophia " I yelled. We were currently trying to walk over to Sophia's car when we both heard a yell. Gasping Sophia and I turned around in a flash focusing our eyesights to see the all the boys walking over to us. I looked closer at Jordan's hand to see my phone hanging from his fingertips. I glanced at Sophia who has also realised that our little plan has now been doomed.

"Well well well. Isn't it lovely to see you again." Abe said with his annoyingly cute smirk.

"Spying are we now ? What did you think ? Huh? You could record us saying juicy stuff and then threaten us ? " Jordan began to explain walking closer and closer to us before stopping and leaning on Sophs car.

" How did you find the phone" I ask giving up as there was no point in trying to come up with a lame excuse.

"Pftt. I saw you put your hand under the table. It wasn't that hard to figure out idiot. " He spat.

"Look leave us alone." Sophia muttered trying hard not to look into Jordan's eyes.

"Sophia Sophia. Such good times we had huh ? But to be honest, you practically jumped on me. What? I'm not the type of guy who refuses that. " Jordan said looking at Sophia who was now on the verge of tears.

"Listen you asshole. Why don't you shut the hell up and leave her alone. You are the most inconsiderate lowlife son of a bitch. Give me back my phone and scramble. " I shouted back feeling proud of my comeback. I snatched my phone out of his hands, gave them all evils and grabbed Sophia's hand and led her to the other side of the car. Getting in and speeding off not caring about the two red lights I just passed and the stop sign I never stopped for.

"Soph. Don't even dare cry over him. He just said that to make you feel worthless. He's just a big jerk. " I said trying to comfort my best friend.

"Thanks Lola. He is just a big jerk. A really big jerk. But our plan failed miserably. They caught us and now their on to us. What are we going to do now? " She said. She took a strand of her and pushed off her face.

"I know I know. I don't know. I'm sorry for being such a bad friend. " I sighed focusing on the road.

" No Lola you're such a good friend. We'll think of something. " She said.

I hope so. We arrived at my house parking infront. I get out and so does soph. We said our goodbyes and I walked into my house. Absolutely wrecked and not in the mood. I tried to avoid mother and dad but with my lazy footwork I get caught.

"Lola. Come here" dad shouted from the living room.

Ughh really dad. Not now. I entered the living room not expecting mother to be there also. They are both sat on the couch with pages and unreadable expressions on their faces. What did I do ? I didn't do anything. I walked in with a confused face and sat down on the other couch. I waited for their response.

"Lola , your mother and I are going to Germany for two months and you have to stay here ."

Oh shit.
