I saw myself in the mirror wearing a blue silk sleeveless gown, with a blazer over my shoulder and a wallet on my right hand. I quickly captured a mirror selfie and send it in our group chat.
"Hey, girls. Y'all ready for the prom?"
They quickly responded with compliments on my outfit.
"I wouldn't be surprised if Jungwon asked you to dance with him" Yuqi messaged with a smirk emoji.
Well, I'd be surprised if my crush asked me to dance! Besides, there's only 0.0000000001% of him asking me to dance with him. And even if he does, I won't agree! I'd be embarrased and shy.
Yes, Y/N, you won't agree.
[🌹time skip - 20 minutes later]
The music was already loud when I entered the venue. Some students are dancing, some are drinking and others are just talking to each other.
It did not took me long to find my friends' table. I quickly approached them and sat beside Mina and Yuna.
I looked around to look for the food because i am starving.
"Eyyy~~ is our Y/N looking for someone??" Giselle stated with a teasing voice.
"Does that person's name starts with J?" Yuna continued to tease me.
"What?? I'm looking for the food!" I answered them because obviously they mistook what I was doing.
"Psh. Yeah right. You're looking for the food. ooOoOkkKaYy." Yuqi teased while elbowing my arm.
I just rolled my eyes and ignored them. Where did they put the food?
A smile quickly plastered on my face when I finally found the food. It was just in front all this time.
I was about to stand up when the door opened and showed four stunning boys walk on the hallway. It's them. Jungwon, Jay, Sunghoon and Heeseung.
Everyone inside the room stopped whatever they were doing. I can hear whispers of delusional girls around me.
"Gurl, my boyfriends finally arrived"
"I'm 100% sure Sunghoon will ask me to dance later"
"Is Heeseung even real?!"
"STEP ON ME JAY"
My eyes landed on Jungwon. Everything started turning slow motion. It felt like Jungwon and I were the only person here right now.
But everything went back to normal when a girl who bravely stepped near them caught my attention.
"Jungwonie~" She stated, trying to sound cute. "I b-bought this rose for you." The girl stuttered while handing over Jungwon a red rose.
I looked at Jungwon to see his reaction. He stared at the rose, quietly. Everyone also stayed quiet and waited for his reaction. All I can hear was the loud upbeat music.
I was waiting and staring at him until our eyes met. OUR EYES MET! It felt like his cat-like eyes sucked in my whole universe in it. All I can see is him.
Then he smirked.
WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT YANG JUNGWON?!*"=(+("/?:=$?!/:)'$##)?!?
He looked again on the girl and smiled sweetly. "Thanks" Jungwon said as he grabbed the rose on the girl's hand then walked away.
The girl's friends quickly gathered around her and squeak. "HE ACCEPTED YOUR ROSE YANA!"
