The next few days, they got to know more about each other, and Miranda has never felt happier. The few days she’d spent being Ben’s wife felt better than the decade she’d spent with Tucker. Their connection was unbelievably good, and she felt like she could do anything with Ben beside her.

"Hey." Ben entered their bedroom. Everytime she thought of the room as theirs, her heart warmed and a smile covered her face. "Breakfast is ready, and our boys are up."

The day after they went skating, they talked to their sons, and they told them that they were now a family. And it is up to them, but Joey can call Miranda, 'mom' and Tuck can call Ben 'dad.' Although they did not, in any way, replace their respective parents. After that, the four of them bonded a lot more, and Miranda has never felt more joy.

Miranda smiled at Ben. "C'mere. We'll be down in a second." She reached her arms out to him, and he settled between her legs.

She kissed him, slowly and sweetly at first, but it immediately became passionate as Ben slipped his tongue in her mouth. His hand slid from her knee to her inner thigh, and she suddenly closed it, trapping his hand. "Uh, no, Benjamin, we are going to breakfast."

The past days have also been the honeymoon phase between the two of them. As they never actually had a chance to consummate their marriage, anytime possible, they had sex, all over the house. When the kids are out, or asleep, of course.

Ben shook his head, pulling her for another mind-melting kiss. "Why even think of breakfast, when I can have dessert, right here?"

Miranda suddenly clenched her thighs together, for an entirely different reason this time. Damn. She needs him, now.

Just after she opened her legs and let his hand move closer to her core, they heard a noise from downstairs that definitely sounds like trouble.

Instantly, they pulled away, their instincts and worry clouding over their lust for each other.

They headed downstairs, and they heard Joey and Tuck arguing.

"It's my TV! So we watch my show!" Tuck yelled, grabbing the remote, his face red with anger.

Joey frowned and tried to pull the remote from the taller boy's hand. "I was here first! Give it back." He got the remote, and pushed Tuck backwards.

"Woah," Ben stepped in, and Miranda almost did too, but she decided to step back and let him handle it. She'll go in if it starts going out of hand. "What's going on?"

Joey made a face at Tuck, before facing his dad, "I was here first, and Tuck just took the remote then changed the channel! But I was watching my show."

Ben looked at Tuck. "Is that true?"

Her son also made a face and looked directly at the bigger man. "Yes. It's my TV. I live here."

"Tuck, that was rude."

The young boy frowned and crossed his arms. "Well, you're not my dad!" He stomped his little foot, and ran upstairs.

Ben was taken aback, Miranda knew. And she also knew her son was out of line.

"I got it," she assured him. The hurt was blatant in his eyes. She sighed as he nodded and took Joey in the living room. She went upstairs, following her son.

"Joey, look at me." Ben pleaded.

He looked up at his dad. He looked hurt at Tuck's outburst. And seriously, Joey kinda was too. Miranda had become like a mom to him, and even though she wasn't really the mother he came to know, she was amazing.
