Everyone turned to look at Fitz who was now looking sheepishly at the ground.
"She seemed like she needed help so I thought I should help her," Fitz looked to the ground trying to hide his blush.
"Well, thank you. You saved me in there. I was ready to give into the wind but you stopped me. I and everyone else here thanks to you," Daphne moved over to stand in front of Fitz, she grabbed his hands and made him look at her. "None of us would be here right now if it weren't for you."
"Uh... yeah sure. No problem. Just trying to help," Fitz tore his hands away from Daphne and went to stand at the back of the group behind Dex and Tam almost like he was using them as a shield. Sophie was confused because she never saw Fitz get flustered in front of anybody.
At that moment a look of anger flashed across Daphne's face and a gust of wind tore through the living room lifting everything up and then setting it back down.
Daphne looked around and muttered something about practicing and then ran out the door in the direction of the cave down by the sea. Sophie ran after her leaving Sandor to catch up.
"Daphne, wait!"
