what was so cute about that?

At school i tried to avoid being noticed by bonni. I felt so embarassed that i wanted to kill myself.During third period i told rae and jake what happened and they laughed! fucking laughed in my face. They said it was cute that a bad ass like me had a soft side. My body tensed up and i got red and i didn't know if i should be mad or embarassed at that moment. Class was finally over and i could finally go to the one class I actually liked. Music class was the best class i had but guess who was in it? Bonni thats who. I walked in class and bonni was waiting for me. She was sitting in the seat next to mines and her face was really red.I sat down and she started talking instantly. "why did you run away the other day marcy". "I dont know i was just scared". "What were you gonna do that made you scared?' I hesataited at first but i finally got the words out and in a low tone i said "I wanted to ask you out." I looked down and she said "well if your asking now yes." I was in shock i couldnt belive my ears. She held my hand and said we can talk after class. "ok" i said still in shock.After music we walked down to the library for study period and I was just wondering what was going to happen. We sat down at the table she would always study at."so you wanted to ask me something", bonni asked slightly blushing. "well ummm I was curious to know if you wanted to be my girlfriend" I asked. "yes I would be delighted to" she answered. I was so happy nothing could bother me for the rest of that day.
