New World

The compartment that I played upon shook violently as a sudden earthquake began. The shake alone awoke me from my sleep, but interestingly, all my items were intact, especially my picture frames that hang on the wall.

This alone made it a bizarre occurrence that had not happened before, but suddenly the shaking stopped giving me enough momentum to jump off my bed. I settled my body comfortably and went towards the living room.

I was surprised that nothing had happened ass-well. Everything was well intact, especially the tv and all other assortments that were related to glass. Still, I had to check what was going on outside and ask the neighbourhood if something similar had happened.

But upon reaching the door, I couldn't hide my surprise as everything related to civilization was now densely covered with vegetation such as trees and bushes. There was not a single hint of houses or people at all.

This seemed to be a dream. I nodded my head a couple of times while using my left hand to cover my eyes slowly, but as I removed them, everything remained the same as I saw it before.

" What the heck is this? " I said to myself while I left the doors of my home while barefoot.

All of my surroundings were relatively the same. The path I had has remained in the middle, and the space was untouched by the large tall trees. Upon inspection further, there seemed to be a glow that separated the foforestegetation upon my residence.

My mind started to become stressed due to this situation until my body was lumped towards the ground unconsciously.

Suddenly Something Appeared towards my face that resembled those on the game called status that shows the person's skills and abilities.

Intelligence: 70 ( determines mana input, memory and the use of countless magic incantations.)

Defence: 10 ( determines how much the user could withstand. )

Block: 5% ( A chance to block the incoming attack )

This further meant I was in a different world or area than my previous one. For each of the skills shown were those of my previous skills and life experiences in the past. Everything about this situation seemed unrealistic, but everything was further proven when an unknown growl came from the forest.

It was a creature that stood tall and menacing for its height. It was ten feet tall with a fantastic body and a large stomach; from its left hand was a massive piece of log carved into a weapon. He moved towards the barrier and looked in my direction with glee from his mouth, it that this monster was hungry as saliva was dripping from his mouth like a waterfall.

As I stated directly at the monster, the same screen pooped out of nowhere, showing the same stats as mine.

When the panels showed, I realized that this thing was more powerful than me. I staggered towards my doorstep, which made the troll feisty and swung its club towards the barrier.

" Hostility detected engaging target. "

Said a strange voice that headed towards my head.

Then a burst of light came from the direction of the troll and struck it towards its front.

I looked at trolls stats and saw its health significantly reduced to half. It growled in pain then proceeded to bash the barrier furiously and angrily. The voice then and proceeded to do the same thing as before. A burst of light came and struck the troll's front body.

Only this time, instead of losing half of his health, he could absorb the attack losing some of the damage to a certain degree. The burst of light kept attacking the troll until it stood down on its knees, covered in blood.

" Congratulations, you have gained enough experience to proceed to level six. "

Something unfamiliar flowed within my body as I gained a level; it was as if somebody had thoroughly massaged my head to toe. It was a warm feeling of comfort.
