Unordinary: Among Us

Round 3: Remi

Remi walked into her dorm after an eventful day at the mall. Typically, a trip to the mall would be a calm tour around all the clothing stores, seeing if she can find any new outfits for her to wear. However, her normal mall companions, Sera, Claire, Elaine, and Evie, were all busy today and she had to resort to her other friends, the crackhead duo, she calls. True to their name, they were the reason her trip to the mall was more taxing than usual.

'I think it all started when Isen dared Blyke to jump into a trash can and it spent us ten minutes to pull him out.' she thought. The sad part was she didn't even get anything new for her wardrobe, but she did spend money on bail for those two idiots. She rubbed the bridge of her nose and sighed, "Those two are going to get me killed one day."

Despite the upset today, she was ready to have some more fun today with the crew. More rounds playing a game they really taken a liking to. Among Us.

Remi drop her things and got dressed in some comfort clothes. She threw on some sweatpants with a little lightning bolt design on the left pant leg, a Christmas gift from her late brother. She disposed of her bra and put on a t-shirt that displayed a bolt the super dog design on it.

Remi grabbed a snack from the kitchen and set off to her room. She turned on her set up and clicked on the Among Us icon on her screen. Simultaneously, she pulled up the discord and joined the group chat. The only person online at the moment was Claire.

"Heya, how was your day? Also, where's John?"

"Hey, Remi! John setting up the server at the moment, so we have time to kill. My day's been good so far." Claire responded.

Remi giggled, "So, after last weekend, is John still sleeping on the couch?"

She heard a voice in Claire's background. "NOPE! She missed me too much!"

"GO SET UP THE SERVER ALREADY!"

"Relax! I was just grabbing a drink. I'll join once I sit down!"

"HMPH! That boy, I swear." Claire vented after John's little intrusion.

"Teehee, is he right though??" Remi asked in a teasing tone.

Remi could swear Claire was blushing on the other side of the mic. "I-I couldn't sleep without HIM! That's all!!"

"Suuuurrreeee.... keep telling yourself that."

John joined the call. "Okay girls. The server invite was sent to the gaming tab so whenever yall ready."

Remi and Claire both hit the invite button and joined the modded server. As John said previously, he downloaded a mod for Among Us to allow for the players to speak to one another at a certain distance. This allowed for a more challenging experience for both the imposter and crewmate.

However, since this group had two crackheads in the game playing, it won't be challenging.

Just stupid.

Slowly, everyone started to pile in to the server with each person giving a small greeting to one another. John explained the rules of the modded server and got everyone to understand of the new gimmick to the game.

"So, everyone understands?" Everyone except for Arlo responded.

"Okay, great." John was about to start the server when Arlo spoke up.

"Ya know its not rocket science, right? We walk around and hear each other. That's it." says Arlo.

"I wasn't explaining it to everyone. Just the two crackheads."

"....Good point."

"Bro, they calling us out. We're not that stupid." Isen responded to John and Arlo's conversation.
