Theo's pov
both of the boys glare at each other. Ethan smiles "she is my best friend i think i can take it from here but thanks for the offer, Jesse." oh no.. Jesse laughs "true but i have a this class with her and your class is on the other side of the school". "ya but-" Ethan started but i cut him off "you cant be late remember? plus i have to go with him anyways. " he frowns and i knew he was gonna drop it. i went over and hugged him and then kissed him on the cheek. he smiled down at me. "see you later" he said as he turned and walked down the hall. i turn towards Jesse and he looked mad. "are you ok?" i ask i hope he isn't mad at me. he looks at me and smiles "ya, now come on we don't need to be late" he takes hold of my hand and pulls me down the hall with him. i see girls looking at me like they want to shoot me and guys looking like they want me. its weird. once they saw our hands all the guys get this look, almost like there scared. why?as we walk Jesse turns to me. "you will like the teacher she is the only one in this school who like never yells at me" i laugh, he smiles and pulls me into the art room where Jesse ignores the stares of the people around us and brings me right to the teacher."Oh hello Mr.Carter good to see you on time for once." he laughs "funny miss green, we have a new student" she looks at me and smiles then looks down to our hands she frowns a little and glares at Jesse. "hello dear you must be Theo am i right she said smiling at me"i nod shyly. she smiles then glares at Jesse again. the class begins to work right away all attition wasn't on us anymore."Jesse, please she is a sweet girl don't do what you do to the others" she said quietly. he blushes "what are you talking about?" i shyly ask. "well Mr. carter here has a habit of breaking girls heart ... and the law" she mumbles the last part."Mrs. green. i have been being good lately and you know it" he protest "and why would you think i was going to break her heart. its not like i go for every girl in the school" he said and smiled like he won. she laughed "well you are holding her hand and, that one is new for you everytime she laughs you smile. i have never seen you do that and-" he cut her off " alright Mrs. Green we have to go sit down now" he said . i look to him and his cheeks were red. i giggle and he drags me to the back of the room. we sit down and he lets go of my hand and looks at me" Mrs. green has known me since freshmen year" i smile " so your a player and a criminal?" i ask holding back a laugh. he looked down kinda sadly " i get if you don't want to be my friend, i might get u in trouble." his voice full of sadness "Jesse of course i will be your friend still" i said putting my hand on his. he looked at me surprised "why?"i smile "maybe i could use a little trouble. " he smiles and laughs and takes out a pencil and paper."and the heart breaker part." i say and he looks at me "well i am not worried about that, just don't fall for me" i say smiling.mrs.Green came over and gave me a box of pencils and a sketchbook. "ok i pretty much don't care what you do unless i give you a project but everything you do has to be art related " she laughs and gets up. "Jen, i swear to god if i don't get one of those cookies i will fail you." i start laughing "the funny thing is shes not joking" says the girl next to me. she smiles at me "hey I'm Nikki Woods" she said she was pretty with blond hair that went to her shoulders and blue eyes. and she was also pretty skinny." hi I'm Theo Thompson." i say shyly. she laughs "i see you met the oh so charming Jesse isn't he just a cutie?" what am i supposed to say to that" i-i- uhh-" she giggles " sorry Theo don't listen to her, that my annoying little cousin," i look at her she smiles "you look nothing alike" i blurt out they both laugh but it was true Jesse was tall. maybe like 6 feet when Jen she looked to be shorter then me. she had blond hair is brownish-black. the one thing they had in common is there midnight blue eyes. "ya we know" Jesse smiled and went back to his drawing i turn and go to talk to Nikki when a school cop passes the door way.i turn "oh my god Jesse run" he looks at me "what?why?" i smile "well i saw a cop pass the door and i thought he was gonna come get you" Nikki starts cracking up laughing "Jesse be nice to this one i like her"
Jesse's pov
i do too i thought in my head. Theo looked down to her paper and started to draw."what?" i mouth. she points to me then Theo. i give her a confused look she takes out her phone and texts me.
Nikki cell: when did you start making goo goo eyes at a girl?
Jesse: I'm not..
Nikki Cell: dude most the time you look at girls like there a game. you look at her differently
Jesse: no, can we talk about this later?
Nikki Cell:sure.
i close my phone and the bell rang. Theo looked at me. "we have break now" i told her and she smiled "your really pretty" i thought about saying and at the same time i thought it Theo loos at he feet and starts blushing " thank you" oh man i said that outloud?? oops . we both go to the cafe, she texted Ethan if he was gonna meet her there they have next class together. i see him walking to me now.. he likes her it is easy to see. but i don't think she knows yet.she doesn't notice that he is looking like he wants to kill me right now. i laughed a little, i don't care if they are best friends or not, he cant keep me away from her. wow this is weird i have never wanted to just be like hang out with a girl. i Look to Theo, and Nikki had found her way to her. i can tell they will be good friends.Theo look to me and smiles, i smile back as Ethan walks up behind me."there's my girl"
Theo's pov
"There's my girl" Ethan says coming behind Jesse. my eyes flash to Jesse and i catch him give Ethan a dirty look. "Hey E.T" both Jesse and Nikki look at him funny"what?" Nikki asks holding back a laugh. "A few years ago Theo realized that my first name started with an E and my middle name starts with a T. i haven't been able to live that down." we laugh "oh! Ethan did you tell your mom that we moved here yet?" he thinks for a minute "oh crap, i forgot" a smile spreads across my face and i look at Jesse. "well E.T you better phone home" Nikki starts busting out laughing. and so was Jesse. i could see that Ethan way trying not to "your mean" i laugh "but you love me" i say and give him a hug. just then the bell rings, i turn to say bye to Nikki but she is already gone.i look to Jesse " hey ill see you in English" he said looking kinda sad. i go right up to him and he looks at me unknowingly and i stand right in front of him and wrap my arms around his waist and hug. it takes him a few seconds but he hugs me back. we both let go i am blushing a little. i go back to Ethan and we start to walk away.
me and Ethan walk in to the class laughing because we were being dumb.we walked in an Ethan brought me to the teacher. "hey Mr. Baker this is the new girl Theo" he looked up at me " hi" he hands me a book "page 364 1-24. have a blast" i took the book from him."well hes happy" i say to Ethan when we sit down. he laughs "ya he is a gem" i laugh and open my book. ugh good thing i am good at math "so, you and Jesse are friends?" Ethan said trying and failing "ya he is really nice" Ethan laughed "ya ok, he is a player and he is trouble" he said warning me "i know" he looks at me socked "who told you?" i laugh "Jesse did, he told me he understood if i didn't wanna be his friend and everything." i look up from my paper and he looks confused "what?" i question "n-nothing" i knew he was lying be i just dropped it.
Ethan's pov
i stare at my best friend. she is so pretty, i don't like jesse near her. but i can see that she is happy to hang out with him so i cant do that to her. i cant beleive he tolf her he was a bad kid and a player, he never admits to being a player. thats so strange. as i am thinking the bell rings and everyone satands up. i take the lists with the classes on it"awh man!" i say sadly "what ?"
