*just a quick shoutout to @friendslover288, they were right.. it was a dream!*

(btw this chapter may be disturbing for some readers, just a heads up and if you are uncomfortable, please skip the last part, thanks!)

Jennifer's POV:

I wake up to the sound of muffled cries. I open my eyes slowly to find David in complete tears. His cheeks are soaked, but his eyes are still shut closed, I guess he's still asleep. I shuffle my body so I'm able to place my hands on his cheeks, his hands are gripped onto my back tightly. Is he having a bad dream?

"Jennifer.." he suddenly whispers, I can barely hear him.

"Honey.. I'm right here," I say back, trying to wake him up from the horrible nightmare he's having. He said my name.. what the hell is he dreaming about? His eyes start to flutter open, I look into his soaked eyes and the sadness on his face completely vanishes. He looks relieved. He has a weak smile on his face and pulls me in for a hug. His hands wrap tighter around me and I'm still really confused. I stay in his warm embrace, not wanting to let go. We're still on the plane.. a lot can happen in 14 hours. I slowly pull away and look into his eyes.

"What happened..?" I ask him with a calm tone. He hesitates before talking while I wipe his tears off his face.

"I had a dream.. that uhh, you left. And we broke up, and I never saw you again.." he says not making eye contact with me. I finally move his face around until he's looking at me straight in the eye.

"I would never do that, I hate to break it to you.. but you're stuck with me." I say back giggling. I hear him chuckle back, the smile finally growing back on his face. I hear a knock on our sliding door, it's one of the flight attendants.

"Hey guys, I hope I'm not interrupting anything, we're landing in ten minutes so please fasten your seatbelts, thank you!" the flight attendant says and walks away, sliding the wooden cabin door shut. We get back in our spots, me obviously not sitting anywhere near the window. David grabs some paper bags for me in case I get sick. He's so incredibly selfless, he's always prepared for me, always put's my needs before his. He takes a seat beside me, while I slide my hand in his while he squeezes back. We get through our first small turbulence, the plane starts to float lower until we're in the clouds. It's already dark outside, since the Greece's time is ten hours ahead than LA's, so it's about 9:00pm. I watch David look outside the window, his eyes wide open, probably admiring all the beautiful islands beneath us. I've already been to Greece a couple times, I really love it. I get pretty used to the time change too, it takes me about a day to get rid of jet-lag. I really don't know about David though.. I'm pretty sure he hasn't travelled this far in his life yet.

"woahh.." I hear him mumble under his breath. He looks back at me so excited. There's a huge goofy smile plastered on his face. His smiles are always so special to me, they're beaming, the kind of smile that radiates happiness all over my body. I grin back at him while he faces the window again. To my surprise, I try to see as well. I look outside the glass and admire the lines and details of the dark ocean. The jet starts to approach a bigger island, probably where we're going to end up landing. I see the shoreline of the beaches, land posts are turned on since it's night. I quickly move my body back to my seat and scrunch my eyes, waiting for the wheels to hit the hard ground. David places on hand on mine, and one hand on my knee. We finally land, it was really smooth. The jet starts to slow down, and I see in the corner of my eye how David is starting to get really excited. It's hilarious how much he acts like a five-year-old boy. I find it pretty cute how he gets overly excited about small things. The jet comes to an abrupt stop, we take off our seatbelts and grab our bags. I keep David's hand in mine, while he slides the cabin door open, while two flight attendants lead us to the nearest exit. The pilot waits for us at the exit, we both say goodbye.
