"Zara, what's wrong? Mohammad held his dizzy wife, Zara
Fatima's blood boiled at the sight of seeing her husband caring for Zara.
"Fatima, get her a glass of water!" Mohammad carried his wife and placed her on the living room couch
Fatima went into the kitchen and get a glass of water for Zara. She looked around and spits into the water and stir it before leaving the kitchen. "Zara, please drink some water!" She acted as if she was concerned
Mohammed lifted his wife's head and she drinks the water. Fatima couldn't help but smile at what she pitted into the glass of water. "Phone for the doctor...." Mohammad tells Fatima
"I'm on it," She grabbed the telephone and calls their private doctor
"Are you okay? Mohammed asked Zara
"A little," She sat up on the couch
*******20 minutes later
The doctor came over and examined Zara. The doctor also had her take a pregnancy test. "What's wrong with my wife, doctor? Mohammed needed answers immediately
"Well, she's expecting..." The doctor showed him the pregnancy stick and Mohammed smiled
"You're pregnant, my love," Mohammed turns to his wife telling her while smiling
"What? Are you sure? Zara was surprised
"Yeah" Mohammed kissed his wife's forehead
"How far along I am? Zara wondered
"You'll have to do a blood test for us to find out? The American doctor replied
Fatima was walking past Zara's bedroom when she heard everything. She wasn't surprised to hear that her fellow wife is pregnant. She started to wonder if Zara's baby would be a boy. Something that Mohammed desperately wants.

"Guess what, mom? I approached my mom in the hallway
"What? She looked confused
"My result came back and 8 weeks pregnant!" I was so excited to tell my mom
"Oh sweetheart that's wonderful" My mom and I bear-hugged hugged
"My baby is gonna have a baby..." My mom smiled
"We should tell Mohammed" My mom couldn't contain her excitement
"Mom, not now he's in a meeting..."
"Okay, when he's done" She suggested
We both went to my private living quarters to catch up on gossip. My mom is truly my best friend and I love that she's here with me for a couple of months.

Zara accompanied her husband on a three days trips to London after passing her first trimester. She's pregnant with twins and is hoping for two girls. The house of Saud isn't known to announce pregnancies to the public.
When she starts showing she'll have to stay out of the public eye until she gives birth to the twins.
Mohammed wore his traditional Saudi attire while his wife wore a peach dress from Georgio Armani with a matching glove and hat. She wore beige pumps from Jimmy Choo.
* * Mohammed and Zara met with Queen Elizabeth and the press took photos of them. They also had lunch with the queen at Buckingham Palace. Zara wanted to take fun selfies of herself at Buckingham palace but she couldn't because it's not a good look as the wife of the crowned prince.
Since being married to the crowned prince, she had to put her Instagram account private and she had to delete the contacts of her friends in India. The Al Saud palace took 3 months to groom her into the perfect queen.

"Why are you doing this? Fatima took the tray of fruits out of my hand and throw it at the wall
"Oops" Fatima laughs
"I'm gonna tell Mohammed..." Zara threatened
''I'm gonna tell Mohammed..." She mimicked me
I know she's not happy I'm pregnant with Mohammed's kids but I don't care. She's not the only one who deserves to be here.

"I'm gonna make sure that those babies die in her womb," Fatima thought to herself while making dinner
She hated Zara ever since she came into the palace. She liked being the only wife and having Mohammed all to herself. ''Momma, look what aunt Zara gave me" Fatima's second daughter came into the kitchen with a snack from Zara
"Don't you ever eat anything from her" Fatima took the snack away from her daughter
"Why mom?
"Because she's a bad influence..." Fatima lied to her four years old daughter
Zara loves Fatima's daughters as if they're hers and Fatima can't stand it at all. She often discourages her children not accept things from Zara.
