Itachi x tiny reader

Okay I don't know who the artist for the picture is because I found it on Pinterest but it's so cute!

This is an AU where Itachi was revived after the 4th war and moved back to Konoha to help Sakura with Sarada.

Itachi's POV
I still cannot believe that I've been forgiven and absolved of my past crimes. I've been recognized by the five Kages and been given the chance to protect the Leaf once again. After watching Sasuke I know that he has some feelings for Sakura. I decided to help Sasuke and Sakura clean and rebuild the Uchiha clan's compound. I'll be living in the house with them just in a separate part of it. Sasuke left the village to take some time to accept everything but he'll be back. Right now I'm help Sakura move her stuff over into the house. She left to go get groceries and asked me to clean up the kitchen and fix up anything that came from the years of no one living here. I opened the windows and the sliding doors to air out the dust and help circulate the air. I started sweeping the dirt and leaves off the floor. I went around the whole house sweeping and dusting. I kept cleaning for some time I never even noticed Sakura come home.
Sakura's POV
After shopping and getting food and ingredients I entered the house and went to the kitchen. Naruto helped me carry the multiple bags. After setting the bags on the floor I started opening the cupboards and putting stuff away. I heard something small moving around in the cupboard. It was probably a mouse and there is no way I'm letting mice stay in the house. It kept dodging all of my attempts to grab it so I masked my presence and waited for pest to come within striking range. It took 20 minutes before the creature was in range. In the blink of an eye I snatched it up in my hand.
"Cha! Gotcha!"
"*a strangled cry of pain*"
Huh? That didn't sound like a mouse. I opened my hand and was horrified at my mistake. There in my hand was a tiny person with mouse ears and a tail bleeding terribly. Their body was bruised badly and had various broken bones, some sticking out . I panicked and screamed at the sight and almost dropped them. Next thing I know, Itachi appears next to me with concern written all over his face.
"What's wrong? What happened? Are you okay?" Itachi asked. I immediately started using medical ninjutsu to heal their wounds.
"Itachi I don't know where they came from but I thought that they were a mouse and so I was going to get rid of it but when I grabbed them they screamed in pain. I'm healing their injuries the best I can but I'm afraid I'll have to let some of the injuries heal on their own." I told him.
"I'll take care of wrapping their wounds and cleaning them. You just finish what you can and then go rest. I don't want you stressing out about this it was just an accident I'm sure they'll understand." Itachi said. After I finished closing up the major injuries and stopped the bleeding I gently handed them to Itachi and got up to wash off the blood.
*Itachi's POV*
After Sakura gave me them I went to my room and into the bathroom. I got a small washcloth damp and gently cleaned their body from all the blood and dirt. As I was cleaning them I started to take in their features. They had tangled (h/c), (h/l) hair and soft (s/t) skin. They were obviously malnourished and were very thin. I blushed and looked away as I cleaned between their legs. I then dried them off and started cutting up some bandages into tiny strips to better wrap them after I finished wrapping them I took out a pillow and gently laid their unconscious form on it. Afterwards I left to finish putting the groceries away and started making a few different simple clothes for them to wear. I returned to my room and carefully sat down on my futon next to them. Taking care of them brought back memories of Sasuke and caring for him. I smiled thinking about those times. I remembered him when he was sick and always clinging to me. I had to look after him often maybe this is why I was revived.
After cooking dinner for Sakura and I, I washed the dishes and gathered the small amount of dinner that I had set aside. I filled a small dish with water and went back to my room after wishing Sakura goodnight. I quietly closed the door a walked over to the pillow. I saw that they were awake so I sat down and gently scooped them up into my arms and held them like an infant. They opened their little (e/c) eyes and slowly look up into mine. Oh they are just so cute and precious I couldn't help but softly smile and hold them close to my chest. They tried getting up but I quickly and gently laid them back down.
"Shhh no no little one. Just lay down and relax I've got you. It's okay." I gently cooed to them.
"My name is Itachi and going to take care of you now. I brought you some food and water with some medicine to help the pain go away"
They seemed to try to speak but they just couldn't get the words out. That's how bad their condition was, they just didn't have the energy. I gently picked up some of the food with my fingers and brought it to their lips. They took a moment to smell it before quickly eating it. Aww they must have been living off of the food left behind after the... that incident. No wonder they're so malnourished everything had to have gone bad for at least a few years. They quickly swallowed the food and looked up at me obviously still hungry. I continued to feed them and help them drink and after they finished the food I tried to give them some medicine.
"Alright open up, I need you to take this medicine it's going to help relieve some of the pain."
I brought the medicine to their mouth but they stubbornly refused to take it. I chuckled and smiled remembering when Sasuke did the same thing.
"Come on little one. I just want to help you. Please open up"
They shook their head and so I had to trick them into taking the medicine.
"Look at me sweetheart. Look at my eyes."
They slowly looked up and then I had them. I used a simple genjutsu to make them think they were drinking some water. They drank their medicine and didn't even know it. I smirked, Itachi : 1, little one : 0.
During the next two weeks I continued to look after and care for them. I learned their name was (y/n). Sakura tried to apologize to them and they tried to get away from her still afraid of her monstrous strength. They eventually forgave her. I've had to bathe them a couple times and I helped them move around. It's going to take a long time for their body to build up all their muscles. I've been doing some simple physical therapy with them as Sakura suggested. I think I'm going to take care of them for a long time. I love (y/n).
