The search for (Y/n)

No one's POV:
In a dark cave hidden in a cliff side facing a river. Hidden behind a giant boulder moved only by a specific Jutsu, a meeting between some of the most skilled and dangerous S-class criminals came together. All of these criminals work together and stay in groups of two members unless otherwise told by their leader. The first group to arrive after the leader and his partner consisted of two skilled craftsmen one tall and the other very short, who used their creations to fight.
"Well, Sasori my man looks like we're the first to arrive."
The next pair was a pale lithe man with a partner both taller and more muscular than him. The taller carried a large weapon wrapped in cloth on his back and held a sinister smirk.
"This should be interesting, not every day does the leader summon us all to one point together. I wonder if we're getting a new mission, eh Itachi?"
Following a figure of a seemingly Venus fly trap with legs was another man who annoyed almost every other member.
"OH BOY! ZETSU. I'm so excited I can't wait to find out what we're all doing here. Why do you think leader sama gathered us?" While the man-child was relentlessly firing questions at his partner the final pair arrived.
"Shut the f*** up Tobi! You're giving every f***ing one a goddamn f***ing headache!" Shouted one of members of the last pair.
"Tobi is a good boy! Why is Hidan always yelling at Tobi?"
"Because you can't f***ing shut the Hell up!"
"SILENCE"
The leader then stepped forward after silencing everyone.
"We have a new additional target to capture before we can gather the Tailed Beasts. Compared to finding and catching the nine tailed beasts this target is even harder to find. Luckily they are much easier to catch. And similar to the Jinchuriki we need this target alive. However I want as minimal damage done to this target as possible."
"How can finding this stupid f***ing target be f***ing harder than the goddamn Jinchurikis but also easier to goddamn f***ing catch!"
"Is this new target as strong and as much of a fight as the tailed beasts?"
"No problem I'll just find the general location of the target and bomb the surroundings to flush it out"
"Does this new target have a bounty on its head?"
"TOBI IS A GOOD BOY"
"SILENCE"
"This new target cannot be found or flushed out with large scale attacks without probable damage to it and unlike any other target this one is difficult to find due to its size." The leader informed.
After a few moments of silence this information began to sink into each of the members.
"How big is this target exactly" the lithe ravenette asked.
"This target is less than 30 centimeters tall and can easily blend into their surroundings. They are skilled in stealth and are scarcely ever seen unless they want to be. This target can easily be crushed by simply stepping on top of them. However once subdued the target should be less likely to put up a fight."
"Seems reasonable"
"Okay so the target is small but what exactly is the target? An animal, some kind of live weapon...?" The blonde man with a ponytail asked.
All the members looked to the leader for an answer to what exactly this small and hard to find target was.
"The target is a shinobi whose clan was said to have been eradicated by the Uchiha clan in the warring states era. However the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju, was said to have taken care of the only surviving and strongest member of the clan."
"They are the only surviving clan member yeah? Then wouldn't that make the target super old un?"
"No. There are stories and records dating back far before the warring states era that mention these small shinobi having prolonged lifespans due to how long it took them to travel and  find suitable areas to live. Back then it normally took at least 50 years before a single couple would be able to have children." The red and green eyed man said.
"How the hell do you f***ing know that you old greedy b******?" His partner shouted.
"Because it's likely that I've met them before." He replied.
"Right now I want you all to go, find and capture this shinobi. Search in forested areas. That's where they feel most comfortable traveling and living."
"Kakuzu, Hidan! You both search The land of lightning! Deidara, Sasori! You'll search the land of wind and of stone!"
"What why do we get two un!?!?"
"Think brat, the land of wind is mostly desert the only place they could survive is near normal shinobi, his red haired partner growled.
"Kisame, Itachi! You will take the land of waves! Tobi, and Zetsu! You'll search the land of fire!"
"Tobi is a good boy, Tobi will find the tiny shinobi!"
Each pair took out maps and circled all forested areas in their designated lands. Each pair coming up with ways to catch this shinobi with as little harm possible.
Sasori's POV:
"So Sasori my man, how do you think we should go about catching this target?" Deidara asked. "We'll just set up traps. I'm going to build a custom puppet trap to keep the shinobi in once we catch them." I told Deidara. "Get whatever you need ready brat, we leave just before dawn tomorrow." I wonder what kind of jutsu this shinobi uses and if I can make a puppet out of them. Or if I find them to my liking I might just make them into a doll.
Kakuzu's POV:
It's been a long time since I last saw (y/n). Personally I don't really want to be the one to bring them harm. They helped me when I first escaped Takigakure, they helped break me out and afterwards they helped me find food, water, money and shelter. I hate being in debt and honestly I have saved their life a couple times so I know I'm not in debt to them. Looking backwards, they were so kind and loving, not to mention cute, but I can't just stop our plans because of my personal feelings. I just hope Hidan doesn't get his hands on them.
Kisame's POV:
This mission sounds boring. Not only are we not supposed to hurt our target, but catching them without hurting someone so small is nearly impossible.
"Itachi how do you suppose we catch this tiny shinobi should we find them?" I asked.
"...We will set up traps. However, I've heard that it was Madara Uchiha who helped this shinobi escape certain death. Perhaps they might come willingly if I can convince them to."
I still think this mission is boring. Hopefully there will be some decent shinobi to fight along the way.
Tobi's POV:
Madara always talked about (Y/n). About how he would find them and convince them to live as his lover and stop using their Kekkei Genkai. Madara will kill me if I let them get hurt or worse, killed. I Promised Madara that I would find them and keep them safe until he is revived.
