Third person's POV
"Good afternoon, Sir" the employee greeted as she stood in front "This is my presentation and my ideas that can possibly give us a high rate this time. Let me start" she said with a smile trying not to be nervous in front of the boss
It may not look like it but they are all scared of Felix who is very strict when it comes to the job. He is cold and doesn't smile a lot. It's not because he is annoyed or snob. He just wants them to keep their respect to him and do their job on time. Outside of the company, he is smiling at them and greeting them a lot. Everyone understand what he means and they are fine with it since he is right.
"This clothes for men's popularity rate went hight and higher as the years go by. We tried to find what is the reason of its popularity. Since we are keeping our rate higher like before. We tried to copy some of the design-" female employee
Felix slammed the table "Why would you copy the design from our previous clothes? We should try other design, don't you think? We have to aim high not stick in the same rate"
"Yes, sir. But-" female employee
"Get out. All of you" he said in a serious tone that scared everyone
All of them hurriedly left the conference room, leaving Felix only and his secretary. His eyes darted to the presentation and he sighed so deep. He can't even sleep properly due to woriness of what should be their next clothing line.
His phone started ringing...
Eunjoo calling...
"Hey"
[What's with the tone? Are you okay?]
"I'm fine. I am just tired and stress-"
[Why would you stress yourself? You should relax and let the ideas come to you.]
"Where's the kids?"
[In their play room. They are busy, doesn't even want me to disturb their play time. Do you want to talk to them?]
"I badly needed that"
[Alright, hold on for a sec]
Felix finally calmed down as he heard his wife's voice. What more if he will hear his kids' voice? It'll be the death of him.
[Daddy!!!]
"Hi, are you busy?"
[No, we are just playing. What time are you coming home? I miss you]
"I'll be home after my last-
[Can you buy some cake? Let go of the phone! That's mine! No!!]
"You two are fighting again" Felix said in a scary tone to make them stop "Give the phone back to your Mom"
He giggled quietly as he heard the twins fighting. He knows it's not good when they are fighting but he can't stop himself. He thought it's cute and they are scared of him which is more cute because they will cry or pout when they are guilty.
[They fought again]
"Hmm"
[What time are you going home?]
"After going to the last schedule"
[I see. You take care if yourself and be safe]
"I will. You too"
[Yup, bye! I love you]
A smile curved on his lips as he heard the three words "I love you too" he answered
[Bye!]
Eunjoo finally ended the call.
He is finally calmed down for the stress of what happened today. He stood up and left the conference room. Everyone is bowing to him and greeting him as he passed by them.
He finally entered his office and sat on the swivel chair as he finally finished his first meeting for today with his employees. He folded his sleeves up to his elbow and removed his neck tie to breath properly. He wants to rest but he can't. He has a lot of things to do.
"What's my next schedule for today?" Felix asked as he took a deep breath
"You have a lunch with Mr. Mendez. There will be an opening launch and the owner of grand toys wants you to be the guest" his secretary said
"Good morning" Lexus greeted as he entered the office with two coffee and gave the other one to Felix "Here you go, Mr. short-tempered boss"
"Shut the fuck up" Felix said and took a sip of his coffee "Why are you here?"
"Ah, I was hoping if I can take the two kids to the mall for tomorrow?" Lexus asked
"You can. Just take care of them or I'll break your bones" Felix threatened his brother
Lexus loves his niece and nephew so much and he can't even sleep without hearing their voice. He always bring them to the mall and buys them a lot of toys. They just bought some toys last week and didn't even open it yet but here he goes again. He wants to buy them again.
"You should give your employees a chance. Someone cried again. You are really a short-tempered boss. They are all scared of you. Chill, okay?" Lexus reminded him and stood up "I'll go now and take the kids to the mall. Goodbye to you, boss" he teased his brother and left the office
Felix took a deep sigh and tried to ask himself if he is being too strict about their product. If he is, he can't blame himself. He needs to do it for the sake of their company.
The door suddenly opened and one little kid entered with a smile on their faces followed by their Mom.
"Daddy!" he shouted with all his might as he entered the office of Felix
Felix was shocked and confused "Who are-"
"Hi, Felix" she smiled
"Yunhee" he whispered
