Everyone in the venue finally seated on their assigned seat. It was an auction for different paintings painted by famous painters and well known in the whole world, whom created their own name and style. Everyone admires those painters and their works, it may look simple but the painting cost million dollars.
One of the painting is the most famous one, called "A rainbow in the darkness" which was painted by a child who died because of some personal reasons includes some abusive people around him. The painting has a lot of meaning and that made everyone want to buy it no matter how much it cost.
"Okay, good after noon!" the host of the auction greeted with a loud voice to hype everyone "I will be hosting this, on behalf of the person who held this auction event. So now, let's not make it any longer. Let's start the auction. First is the painting..."
Everyone started bidding from a cheaper price to a million dollars. It is a competition, you have to bid higher to stop everyone from taking the painting and have it. A lot of paintings followed as well, everyone took it as fast and higher as they can. Finally, the last painting which was painted by a child who died.
"This painting is called A rainbow in the darkness, was painted by Angel, a kid who suffered a lot through the years he lived. Despite of being kept in the darkness, he still shines bright and hoped that one day he will see the rainbow in the darkness" the host explained the meaning of the painting and continued "This painting will give you the meaning that, no matter how hard and harsh the world is, there will always be a reason for you to live longer and hope"
Everyone listened as the story and the meaning of the painting made them lose all their greediness. The story touched their heart and some were emotional because of it. They almost forgot about the auction-
"Okay! Let's start with 10 million dollars" the host said and made everyone go back to their senses
"20 million dollars!" an older woman shouted
"35 million dollars!" a CEO from different country said
"50 million dollars" a woman in her mid 40's
"75 million dollars" an old man said as he raised his number
"So, 75 million dollars? No one will bid higher?" the host asked
Everyone kept quiet as they can't bid higher than 75 million dollars. The old man smiled as he felt the victory coming towards him-
"100 million dollars" a guy wearing a white long sleeves entered the venue, his sleeves were folded up to his elbow and his hair is kind of messy. He is wearing shades that hid his eyes "I'll take it"
"100 million dollars it is" the host said and closed the bid "Let's give him a round of applause" he said and everyone started clapping for him
He gave the host half of the money and will give the half later. He was about to leave when-
"May I know your name, Sir?" the host asked
He stopped walking and took a deep breath. He didn't looked back and left the venue.

"Eunlix and Yongjoo, wait here, okay? Your Mom will arrive soon" the teacher told them
"Why Mom? Where's Dad?" Yongjoo asked
"Don't you want Mom?" Eunlix glared at her older brother
"I like them both" Yongjoo rolled his eyes and faced his teacher "Are you going somewhere, teacher" he asked in a low voice
"No, I will just get something inside and will wait for your Mom here, with the two of you" the teacher smiled at them and patted their head as she stood up and went inside to get something
They are twins, aged 4 years old. They both talk clearly and has different personality. They prefer being with each other than leaving one behind. They both love cuddling with their parents at night and loves playing together than with other kids.
Eunlix is the youngest, the female. She is the talkative and annoying one. She is the sweetest and a Dad's girl. She loves her parents but she prefers her Dad more than her Mom. She loves annoying her brother and taking pictures. Yongjoo is the older, the male. He is quiet and prefers watching cartoons than taking. He is short-tempered and hates when his sister is annoying him all the time. He prefers his Mom more than his Dad.
"Yongjoo, I'm hungry" Eunlix pouted
"I'll just get some chocolates inside. Stay here, okay?" Yongjoo told his younger sibling
Eunlix nodded and watched her brother go inside. She pouted and started playing with her unicorn doll alone. She stopped playing when she heard a car stopped on front of the school "Yongjoo! Dad is here!" she shouted and ran towards the car
She patiently waited for the car to open and stood in front of the door. She was shocked to see a different guy who got out of the car.
The guy kneeled in front of her and smiled "You must be Eunlix?"
She took a step back and nodded.
"Don't be scared. I am your parents' friend" he smiled at her and took the painting from his car "Give this to your Mom, okay? Also..." he said and handed her the small box "This one"
"Mom will get mad at me" Eunlix whispered
He shook his head "She won't get mad at you. Just tell her her friend wanted her to have those"
Eunlix nodded and watched the guy stood up and was about to leave "What's your name?"
He looked back and smiled at the young girl "Hwang Caius"
