The subtle vibrations of the vehicle under me stopped. I woke up, still sleepy and disoriented. "W-w-where am I?" One of the boys looked back at me and replied, "Your home." As I gingerly stepped out of the SUV, I stared at the gigantic house that faced me welcomingly. I looked at the huge front and back yards and a sudden fear that my father might be watching gripped me.

I sprinted towards the house, only to feel a sharp, piercing pain in my right ankle. I collapsed on the grass, muttering "Ow..Ow...Ow," as I cradled my ankle in my lap. I could feel tears forming in the corners of my eyes. "Ow." I heard the boys running through the grass to see what was wrong. One of the boys crouched down and lifted my chin, so I would look into his brilliant blue eyes. "What's wrong?" He asked gently. With tears running down my cheeks, I replied, "It's m-m-my ankle. I can't move it." I tried to demonstrate, but screamed instead as another wave of pain hit me.

The oldest boy(Cam?) picked me up and started to carry me towards the house. Every jolt hurt my ankle, so that I felt continuous waves of pain from my ankle. When we got into the house, I was put down on a massive couch. The boys, all milling around anxiously, massed into a big group around me. I counted and there were three more than the car ride. The youngest boy pushed my dirty hair off my face and said, "You're safe now."
