All in all the whole system set up by Madhu works in sync perfectly. This is what enables her to manage work and office efficiently.
This effective management is thanks to her skills as a she is also a manager in her office. She works in a garment factory as a manager. While Madhu ensures discipline and daily schedule of the kids. Mahen Gujral also is a partner in a business with his friend Gautam. He often goes to office directly after college is done.

With the dinner routine, Shehnaaz is expected to help her mother in winding up the kitchen and preparing beds for the night. Talks or games continue after dinner amongst the siblings. All retire to their rooms and end the day beautifully.
