It has been a few months since jungkook visited the Northern Kingdom, they have successfully won the war. Of course alot of their knights are injured, some are dead as well, honestly they couldn't have won it without the help the North sent to them. Jungkook, with his people are now heading back to the East they were going back to the kingdom. His counselor didn't join him with his ride back as he sent Taehyung to send a letter to Jimin.
"Your Majesty we're departing in a few..." Taehyung said bowing at the king after he got in the king's tent, the knights outside loosened their grips on the curtain door until it was fully closed.
Jungkook looked at him humming in reply as he nods his head, the king then gets his attention back to the paper on top of his table. He then placed the feather back to the ink bottle grabbing the paper then folds it to fit the envelope he was going to put it in. After putting the letter inside and sealing the envelope, Jungkook held his hand with the letter on it out to Taehyung. The latter immediately gets the letter from the king slightly raised one of his eyebrows in confusion.
"To whom will I send this Jeon?" The latter asked.
"Jimin..." Jungkook replied sighing a bit in the end then he continued. "If he's not there send it to the lady in the kitchen. Make sure that only Jimin reads the letter"
"I don't have any say on this do I?" Taehyung said jokingly. The young king shakes his head on this smiling at him as he stretches his arms upward, placing both of them down to where they once were when he finished. "Very well I will deliver it to him.....or to that lady at once" Taehyung continued bowing at Jungkook once again, he then turned his back started walking out the tent stopping at the door then looked at the king's eyes before he departs.
"Have a safe trip back your majesty." He said concerned about the kings well being.
"I will Tae. Now get out" the king replied with a chuckle smiling at the counselor to assure him. With that the counselor left the tent completely, a smile was still painted on Jungkook's face. He knows Taehyung was concerned, the counselor never left his side that much if they're outside the kingdom.
They were now passing a trading town, the king left the knights on a nearby field to let them rest, eat or drink. Jungkook however, decided to go to the town as he needed to look for something, wearing a coat to disguise himself. After a few turns he finally found what he was looking for. When the king looked at the top of the store a big 'Heralds' sign was on top of it, he then looked at the two glass windows Infront of the store scanning through what they were selling. And after looking for a bit Jungkook was amazed at their work, so the young king immediately goes in.
Walking in, the king was greeted by a lot of jewelries displayed on glass counters some are on a mannequin neck. Jungkook strolled inside the store looking through some designs, then after that he decided to go to the counter. No one was there though when the king reached it, he looked around as well but he knew no one was there too. When he finished looking he sighed looking at the counter top as he does. The young king then noticed a golden bell on the side a small note was carved on the wooden holder of it saying 'ring me'. It was strange to Jungkook as he was sure that that bell wasn't there before, he then picked the bell up shaking it for a few seconds then placing it back down. A loud noise from the front of the store was heard the king's attention immediately shifted there. When jungkook was about to check it out a voice called him.
"What can I do for you your majesty?" A voice of a woman said. The king then turned his head back to the counter, there a woman was now standing. She looked like she was on he twenties, her hair was white skin was pale her lips were red and she was wearing a colour dark purple cloak complementing her well. Jungkook also didn't fail to notice that she called him your majesty, is he still noticeable even with his diguise? And as if she was reading the young kings thought, she replied to him.
"No your disguise is fine your majesty" she said with a smile. Jungkook decided to put what she said aside then he walks back to the counter where she was at. When he reached the front of it once again, the woman bowed at him for a bit then looked at him still smiling. "Pardon me for not introducing myself your majesty, my name is Hermion... Hermione Herald" the king nodded at this smiling back at her as well, jungkook then removed the hood on his head as it seems like it's pointless to hide his identity to the woman mouthing her a small 'nice to meet you' after.
Hermione then continued. "So what can I help you with your majesty? Are you looking for simple ones... or magical items?"
"I'm not sure, can I look at the magical ones though?" He replied.
"Okay, follow me your majesty" she said turning her back at him approaching the door near the counter. She opened it signaling Jungkook to go in which the king does then closed the door behind them. After that jungkook looked around until something caught his eyes, it was an opal necklace it reminded the king of Jimin. When he went near it Hermione hen said. "Do you perhaps have someone you love, your majesty?"
"No I don't." He said, still staring at the necklace mesmerized by it. "It just simply reminded me of someone."
Hermione then hummed in reply. "That necklace attracts people with someone who they love." She said then continues. "Anyways... That necklace has the ability to heal who ever wore it. A royal once had that necklace, that was until they suddenly vanished. it was also said that it opens an important item from the past owner. Do you want it your majesty?"
The young king nodded at her, she then opened the case putting the necklace into a velvet bag. Then hands it to Jungkook, once again the king looked at it thinking if Jimin would like it. He would give it to the smaller when they see eachother once again. Jungkook thoughts then shifted to the letter he asked Taehyung to deliver.
He can't wait to hear what the latter says about the letter.
