Siyeon fell on the bed without changing her clothes. 'you are a coward' Jennie's words started ringing in her ears.

She closed her eyes trying to forget what Jennie said. "I don't want to sleep" she mumbled to herself and quickly opened her eyes.

For a while, she just stared at the white ceiling, she had to sleep at any cost.

How could she not. It was impossible to keep her eyes open forever. She tried to not sleep each and everytime but her eyes and her tiredness betrayed her.

Today, the same thing happened. Her body needed rest. Siyeon hugged herself and rubbed her arms to make herself fall into a deep sleep.

Her eyes started getting heavy. Slowly, she closed her eyes.

Her breathing was even. The sleep started to grasp her mind. She gave up and let the sleep take over her.

Few hours passed.

A sharp ringing sound made it's way near Siyeon's ear, it caused her to move a little. She opened her eyes and checked her surrounding, her phone was ringing which was kept on the table.

She scratched her head and sat up straight. Looking towards the phone's direction. She crawled on her knees to receive the call.

Picking up the call without checking the caller's ID she spoke in a rough voice.

"Hello?" Siyeon spoke dryly.

There was no answer from the other side.

"Hello??" Siyeon was getting frustrated. Whoever it was, just ruined her sleep.

She waited for an answer. There was no response.

Siyeon disconnected the call.

Throwing the phone lightly on the table, She started crawling in the middle of the bed, she tucked herself inside a bed sheet. Siyeon was trying to close her eyes when she heard a loud cry.

She opened her eyes. Checking her surrounding, she sat up removing the sheets and walked towards her bathroom. She opened the door. No one was there.

The sound was sending chills down her spine.

The whimper was increasing and the intensity of the cry was inhuman. The voice made it's way into Siyeon's ear.

Her forehead started producing cold sweat. Clenching her fists, She stopped and listened to it.

The voice was coming from the outside of her room.

Siyeon closed the bathroom's door and walked slowly towards the main door of the room.

She kept her hand on the door knob. The voice was making her think twice about the decision she was about to make.
