[YOOHYEON'S POV]

Phil gave me a dessert to eat which he made for me, he got settled beside me.

"First Jennie and now Emma." He spoke.

Thomas called me few minutes ago, the doctors declared Emma dead. I must've stopped her from leaving the cafe in a hurry...

Hanuel was dead too...

Siyeon must've done it. His image on the newspaper gave me shivers.

"How are you doing? Is everything okay between you and Minji?" He asked me, crossing his legs on the couch.

I shook my head slightly and ran my fingers through my hair, "Minji invited Taehyung at our place..." I replied, feeling my voice getting shaky again.

"What...? That's disrespectful. Why did she invited him?" He asked me.

What should I tell him? That she wants to be his friend?

"I don't know... We are having arguments. I try to tell her that he isn't a good guy. She is not listening to me."

"Ma'am, it's actually shocking that you still didn't kick her out. The love is sweet and stuff, until it turns toxic." He replied.

I kept the bowl aside and rubbed my palm on my thighs, feeling nervous.

He was right.

This is toxic but I don't want to let her go.

What should I do? She is definitely hurting me.

"I will suggest you to let her do what she wants..."

I turned my head to look at him with confusion. "What!?" I asked.

He hummed with a slow nod, "Let her do what she wants. She is clearly not listening to you and you don't want to let her go, which I know. Keep letting her know that he isn't a good guy and try making her stay away from him. I don't think she's going to stay away from him since...she is already thinking to talk to him or meet him. No offense but she sounds dumb right now. Give yourself some time, remember to focus on yourself too. She's being selfish and she doesn't see that you're thinking the best for her. In the end, if something happens, it will be totally her fault." He explained, keeping his hand on my shoulder.

I don't know what he was saying because I missed out on some points, I was feeling extremely tired.

"Okay, thank you for the advice..." I whispered, taking my bowl in my hands, I started eating the dessert again.

I wanted to sleep so badly that I finished my dessert in a hurry and walked towards one of his room. Walking inside, I closed the door behind me.

Walking towards the bed, I jumped on it and let myself take a rest.

[After few days]

At the dining table, Minji pulled her plate towards herself, keeping her free hand busy with the phone.

Sheikh was working in the kitchen with Kimberly. Rosy and Jake were cleaning the floor.

"Why can't you keep that phone aside?" Asked the silver haired girl, glancing at Minji, she gripped on her wrist.

"I'm busy typing a letter to someone, Jennie left a huge responsibility on me, that's what I'm doing. Just because you don't have enough of work to do, doesn't mean I will be free like you..." Minji answered with bitterness visible in her voice as she made an eye contact with Yoohyeon.
