" Trust you?"..  I snorted
I am glad you want my trust but till I don't know what is this trust stands as what. You come in here in normal dress. Well.  When officers are on their duties they don't investigate on serious case in casual dresses" I raised my eyebrow. "Am I supposed to be bond with you?. My dear officer trust is earned you can not beg for it. I don't think you have done something yet to earn my trust".. a sarcasm smirk appeared on my face. Mr. Jack I don't know who are you"..

He frowns. " I don't know how to react on your words Maddy. I can assure you I am merely a person who ready to believe you and willing to listen to you.  I can understand what are you saying but I am sure you also observing good my acts since we met. To believe you, you to have trust somebody sometime".

" I sighed, it's, right. absolutely right. I don't trust people. Will you tell me why should I trust people? When I was small no one did any favor, this cruel world made me cruel and emotionless like them. I was about to proceed more ,I see a twinkles in Jack eyes. I distracted in mainwhile, I wandering in my own head.
" He looks decent, yes, he is right since we have met, he merely listened me else everyone ignored my words. Should I share my secrets with him,  Should I tell him what I see, Can I trust? ..Is he going to understand ? The big question is do I tell him. Will it make him stop believing something wrong and chalk Veronica up to the mess of runaways instead ? I don't know.

" Jack I want to tell you each and everything but the big part is this, will you believe me will I tell you?, will you? " I asked with no expression.

" Maddy you have to give a try. Do not reach to conclusion instant, give it time. I am listening you. Go on".. he darting me wide eyes.

" I know you would not believe, there is no point to discuss on this" I drifted my gaze on other direction.

" I don't know how to tell you, it's so crazy. I see dead people. I am sure this crazy word is appropriate word to describe me. I don't know what must be he'll think about me"... I didn't moved my gaze, I am little bit nervous now.

" That's really crazy. I don't know I should trust you either not. But I am keen to solve this case. My instincts also saying , there is something unfold facts. I want to know what is that. I don't want to solve this case considering a runaway when I can feel too it's not. Maddy why don't you to try me?. We both work on this case as team, what do you think about it? " a pin drop silence ran in the room.

" Already this case is closed as a runaway , nothing going to hurt her. This investigation will help her get merely a justice... Maddy you get an opportunity to help you dearly friend and give her justice. " Okay, Officer Jack, I will tell you later. I need time to think over it. I can not take decision like this" there was a bile in my throat due to that I am not able to speak properly. My chest was feeling so tight. I don't know why I am telling each an everything about me.

But I felt one thing. He's having good vibes which lured me. My tongue loosen and I spilled everything front of him. I haven't shared my secret with anyone till now. He has something in him, he gained my confidence. Whatever I am doing, I am doing for Veronica. Jack is right, sometimes we have to trust somebody. Why not trust that person who is in position to help me and take act in the case as I want to.

This is Maddy Willson an orphan girl shaking a hand with Cop Jack to investigate the case from our ways.

hey people so do you believe in Ghosts.. To be honest. I have experienced Ghosts very closely.This is the reason I write Ghosts Stories.

"Do you believe in Ghosts?"

He stares at me the longed time. He didn't moved from his chair yet.  My question will definitely going erase his all police training. I can see the struggle in his eyes. He can not quite finger out if I am pulling his leg either not. I know his been wondering I will team up with him either not. I can see worries in his eyes. Now he will be damn sure he is dealing with a few screws loosen chick. Infact he already had doubt on me, I am bit crazy.
If I will do then, crap I know this is not good idea, leave it Maddy. You need complete bed rest. I strived to tuck my head in the pillow.

I should have say anything. Why do I think I can not make it.  Come on Maddy you just need to trust me that's all. He is a right guy. He is here to help me and Veronica. I am taking so much time letting out the facts. For some obscure reason his eyes makes me trust him. The warmth the honesty in them is hazardous for those of us keeping secrets.

"Ghosts " he asked.

"Never mind"..

" Don't get all sullen and pouty".

" I am not, I deny. Well. I am, but I am not fussing up to it. " I just changed my mind is all.

"Yeah you are being pouty", he argues. Why do you asking, I believe in ghost either not. I don't think I should answer your question. it doesn't matter Maddy, we should focus on the case rather than discussing on ghosts.

" Are you planing fight me ?

" nope, officer I don't want to fight you, I am just asking you for my knowledge".

" Really? he sounds do skeptical, it makes me laugh sarcastically again.

" Trust me Officer Jack when we will I will announce. I don't like silent fight. I don't prefer.

Officer seems little frustrated, he's expression says. " Maddy what Ghost has to do with Veronica, why are you diverting  the topic" ?... he ran his hand throughout his face in irritatingly.
