"He hit me," she claimed.

I felt hot steam fill in my head. I felt my fist clench. I felt rage and furious. I couldn't hold it back.

"HE WHAT!?!?!?!" I screamed. She winced at the sudden outburst.

"Slappy-"

"I'm gonna kill that guy!" I cursed. Annabelle gasped as I ran down the stairs and towards the door. She stopped in the middle of the stairs and stared down at me.

"Slappy, where are you going?" She shouted.

"I'll handle this! I'll make him suffer for what he did to you!" I yelled back.

I rushed out the door and down the porch steps. As soon as I did, I whistled, and Blake, the Werewolf of Fever Swamp, came pounding towards me. I pet his forehead and smirked.

"Good boy. Follow me," I instructed.

Blake threw his head back in a loud raspy howl and ran around in front of me.

I teleported away to Red's house, in search of the man who made me wanna become evil again.

I appeared in front of his house, the chilly morning air hitting me hard. Blake rushed up to my side and barked. I shushed him and snuck behind his house. I made my way to his bedroom window, flying up and looking inside. He was sitting on his bed, clothes were strewn around his room.

He had a red face with black markings down his face. He always wore slacks and white tank-tops and black short jeans. It made me sick.

I flew to his window and slid it open. He didn't seem to notice, so I crept in. One step and I was there, in front of him and he still hadn't looked up.

"Red," I seethed.

Red looked up, saw me, and fell back.

"Oh my god! What the heck?" He shouted.

"Been a long time, hasn't it?" I sneered.

"What are you doing here? Annabelle left! She's gone!" He said.

"I know," I said. "She came to me, crying and very upset."

He snapped his mouth shut.

"The fact that you beat her, the fact that you read the love letters and still beat her, ticks me off more than anything," I growled.

"Listen, I didn't mean to-"

"Didn't mean to? Didn't mean to?" I snickered. I threw my head back and cackled. "Of course, what a riot! He didn't mean to hit her. Guess what? I don't care!"

I used my powers to lift him in the air. He screamed and threw his hands out to catch him.

"Did you know who wrote those letters?" I asked him. He shook his head viciously.

"I don't know! Just please put me down!" He pleaded.

"I did. And you messed with a girl that I've loved and longed for nine years. And you made me unhappy. You don't wanna see me get mad or unhappy, do you?" I tested.

"No! Please!" He shouted.

"Well, now you get a front-row view," I snickered.

With a flick of my wrist, I lunged him out of the window, the glass shattering, his body flying straight through. He screamed all the way down. But I didn't let him hit the ground. Not yet. I had to torture him.

He stopped screaming as I lifted him up to view.

"Annabelle is mine, Red. Don't ever mess with her again," I said, sparing his life.

Red dropped to his knees on the ground in front of me, putting his hands together and begging for his life.

"Please don't hurt me! I won't mess with her again! I promise!" He begged. "Please don't hurt me!"

I liked having people beg for mercy! Makes me feel powerful.

"Never talk to her again!" I shouted and teleported away.

When I got back, Annabelle and Wally were sitting on the couch waiting for me. I smirked and walked into the room, adjusting my bowtie in a manly way.

"Well, what happened?" Annabelle asked.

I smirked at her. "Oh, I just showed who's boss. That's all."

She smiled. "Well, I'm glad he's gone. I'm just trying to understand who wrote all of the letters."

I blushed. Wally smirked. "Well, whoever he is must really like you." He gushed. I sighed.

I think it was time.

"Ann, come upstairs with me!" I said. She nodded and followed me up to my bedroom.

I opened the door and she walked in. She looked all around the room, trying to wonder why I brought her inside.

"What is it?" She asked.

"You were wondering who wrote all of those letters to you? Well, I might know," I claimed.

She gasped. "You do? Who was it?"

"Look inside that box on my bed," I told her. She smiled and grabbed the box. She looked inside, read one of the papers, and gasped.

"It was you, wasn't it?" She guessed.

"Yeah, it was," I admitted.

She looked as if her dreams had all came true at the same time and she was thrilled.

"It was you," she smiled. "I knew it was. It had to be you."

I blushed and walked closer to her. She jumped off of the bed and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back.

"I have loved you all these years, Annabelle!" I confessed, tears forming in my eyes and rolling down my cheeks.

"I love you, too!" She admitted. I was shocked.

"You do?" I asked.

"Yeah!"

We let go and I grazed her cheek with my thumb, my index finger on her chin. She blushed and then I brushed her bangs back behind her ears.

"You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen," I gushed.

She blushed even more and I touched her cheek again. Suddenly, I found myself leaning forward, pulling her closer, and then, blindly, I kissed her lips.
