I woke up the next morning in a hotel room. My head pounded with the remnants of all the alcohol I had the night before creeping their way back into my memory. I sat up with confusion. A hotel room? I looked around to see Justin crashed out on a desk chair looking horribly uncomfortable. I stood to go over to him. Before I could reach him I felt my alcohol from the night before begin to resurface.

I made it to the toilet just inside to empty the contents of my stomach into it. I heard footsteps behind me and looked up to see Justin with a lopsided smile on his face.

"Alcohol too much for you Lizzie?" He said mockingly as I grimaced at him.

"This is all your stupid fault. Taking me to a bar after a funeral." I leaned into the toilet once more as I continued to throw up.

Justin pulled my hair away from my face. "Well I hope you weren't too drunk to not remember the agreement we have now." He said as he rubbed circles into my back.

"Don't worry, you've still got yourself a roommate." I say as I stumble up and over to the sink to rinse out my mouth.

"Good good. So what all do you remember from last night then?" He asks.

"Everything. Why am I supposed to be forgetting something you don't want me to know about?" I ask teasingly.

"Well.. no you just.." he started and hesitated.

"Made quite the scene in a bar?" I asked. He nodded in response. "Well I have to say that asshole had it coming. I should've slapped him for kissing me without consent." I say as I wince at my reflection in the mirror.

I look quite literally horrid.

"Geez I'm sorry Eliza. I didn't realize he did that." Justin said suddenly very timid.

"Hey no it's fine. Well not fine, but.. expected. I was pretty far gone." I said.

"Even still.." Justin said quietly, "so how about it? We make a plan for you to move in?" He said changed the subject.

"Yea yea sure. I need to take something first, my head is killing me." I replied as I began washing last nights makeup off my face.

"Alright!" I winced as Justin clapped his hands together loudly, "sorry." He added quickly. "I'm excited though, I can finally have some real furniture in my house... assuming you'll bring your couch?" He asked excitedly.

I paused. The stupid couch. It was a beautiful and stupidly expensive couch. I didn't even want the damn thing. Every seat reclined and has cup holders, perfect for Samuel's every game day need.

The water was still running as Justin pulled me out of my thoughts. "Eliza? You okay?" He asked.

I looked up at him through the mirror, "Yes. Yea I'll bring the couch." I tried to smile as I turned the water off and grabbed a towel to dry my face. As I pulled away I noticed black smudged on the white hotel towel. Oh well.

We walked back into the bedroom part of the hotel room.

"You slept on that desk chair all night?" I ask Justin as he takes the blanket off of it to fold it up.

"Well yea, I didn't want to..." he looks down at the ground as his sentence trails off.

"Yea thanks." I say quickly before changing the subject, "So uh, we should hire some movers. To go to um, my.. Sam's.. our..." I scratch my nose and compose my thoughts, "the house. I don't think I'm really ready to.."

"Yes of course, movers. We can call today." Justin adds.

"Good. Okay good. So then, when can we get to Delaware?" I ask.
