Chapter 21: Being Together

He smiled foolishly at me and hit my arm. I glared at him and he messed my hair.

"Yah! I'll really hit you, I swear!" I threatened him, but he just hugged me.

"When did you become so straight-forward?" He asked. I look at him.

"What are you talking about? I only warned you not to mess my hair." He chuckled.

"That's not what I am talking about."

"Huh? So what is it?" I asked him.

"Stop acting like you don't know. You know what I'm talking about."

"Then why won't you say it?" I said, He smiled and rolled his eyes.

"Can't you get it? I want you to say it again." I blushed and avoid his gaze.

"So what's your plan now that you've announced to be absent for a year?" I changed the topic.

"I'll tell it to you if you answer my question. I know you want to get away from it, but I won't let you once you repeat those words again." He smiled devilishly. I just want to hit him right now for teasing the hell out of me.

"Don't glare at me. But... Okay okay. I'll let you pass for now." I sighed in relief.

"I brought you here to talk about our plan together." He said. I look at him and I stopped for a moment.

"Wait. Our... plans?" I asked and gestured us together. He nodded and he looks so serious.

"Are you serious right now?" He nodded again.

"Why? Is there a problem? I'm planning this for us." He said.

"Really? But it is only you who got on hiatus. I'm still active in our group." I said.

"Yeah. I already thought about this. I even consulted Yoo-ra noona and the members about it. I know this fight would be hard for us, but I'm sure that if we fight this battle together will get through there." I looked away and wiped the tears that just escaped from my eyes.

I heard a chuckle and saw him smiling at me. I kicked his legs and he laughed at me.

"Wae?!" I glared at him.

"I just did not imagine that you'll get emotional with those words."

"So you're happy that I got emotional because of this?" I asked him. He smiled and nodded.

"What? It's an assurance for me that you still feel the same, but in an indirect way. I'm just glad you know." He said. He pulled me closer to him and kissed the top of my head.
